Join me on a laid back look back at what was once considered the strongest deck in Hearthstone's history. chundiscord: / discord @mrchundo tiktok.com/@mrchundo
Loved the video! I also think you left out another option for galakrond shaman. The shaman quest at the time gave a hero power that doubled battlecrys. The deck was all battlecry minions so it was super easy, and if you wanted until 9 mana for galakrond you got 4 8/8 and a better shudderwock
Right, that is a pretty important aspect of Galakrond shaman. I think in the future, these videos are gonna be a little longer and a little more in depth than this one.
Dude, this is a fantastic idea for a series. I'm subbing just for the hope we get more videos like these. Love the music choices and the editing is clean.
I know your channels kinda blowin up rn and im sure you got a lot of video ideas in the works but a perfect deck to go over for this series is the original darkglare warlock that terrorized wild for years while standard was battling off demon hunter. Or just a 3 hour video on zoo warlock history would work
Loved this video. Always wanted this style of video for Hearthstone so im excited to see what you make next! Release Demon Hunter was pretty infamous so maybe you could cover that.
I really enjoyed this video I wish it was a little bit longer and that future videos went into the nerfs or buffs a deck received during it's history or cards that other decks would run just to tech against it. Great work.
Nice video. Here are some ideas: Undertaker Hunter/Warlock from Naxxramas, the OG Miracle Rogue from classic, ShadowReaper Anduin APM Priest, Shudderwock Shaman, Jade Druid, Cube Warlock (Kobolds and Catacombs), OG Zoolock from classic.
How about a video on the history of Big Priest seeing as how the deck got into standard as of recent again and how it's more prevalent than ever in the wild meta?
Great content, I really want to see deadmans hand, patron warrior and odd warrior. As you can see there is a bias and I'm sad warrior suck so much right now. Subbed
I remember spaming this deck with the quest that repeat the battlecries that turn, it wasnt the optimal way to play the deck but just play full invoked galakrond triggering the battlecry twice and summoning 4 8/8 was sooooo stupid, easy legend without thinking
Love the idea of the format. The only thing i wished for was a little bit of a development history in the end eg. Is it still played in wild? If not, what is the circumstance that probably made it obsolete? But cool video overall i would actually binge watch that shit.
I've been wanting a hearthstone history series in the vein of false swipe gaming's pokemon histories. Really hope you make more of these! Subbed!
Yeah that’s along the lines of what I was wanting too. And then I said, “well I guess I can try then”
It feels good to have a win condition which builds itself up, it even helps you control the board. This is my favorite shaman archetype ever.
Shaman has had some good ones. It’s always nice having a build around card

Great video! Would love a longer one next time! Subbed
Thanks! That is really useful feedback!
I would love to see more stuff like these deck reviews and more hearthstone content in general. Your editing and delivery in videos is on point.
Earned my sub, Great video mate. Loved Galakrond shaman on release
Hey an idea, I would have loved to hear about the nerfs! Great video btw its refreshing seeing such good content on youtube
Thanks you! Yeah looking back at this video I definitely think it could have gone more in depth
Your videos are awesome man, the pacing keeps me interested the whole time
Thanks! I’m still learning about “pacing” and stuff like that so I’m glad you liked it!
Thank you for this video. This was during my hearthstone break, so I completely missed anything related to this.

Yeah the dark glare nerfs and its place in wild is definitely one of the more interesting topics in hearthstone history
Really good quality and definitely want to see more like this👑
Thanks for the support : )
Pretty cool video, I would love to see more content like this!
More to come!
Loved this video. Always wanted this style of video for Hearthstone so im excited to see what you make next! Release Demon Hunter was pretty infamous so maybe you could cover that.
Enjoyed the video hope for more
Thanks! I’ll try.

Glad you enjoyed, yeah I tried doing a longer one with this most recent Hearthstone History
This is a really cool idea, please make more documentary videos about hearthstone.
This is still one of my fav decks for wild
I forgot how oppressive that deck was. Around that time I only played arena. Great video, good length!
Thanks for the nice comment and thanks for the feedback!
Thanks, these are great!
keep it up this videos are wonderful
thanks! i am glad you like them
Loved the video! Subbed! Could you do a video on the garbage state of priest when Purify was announced and the backlash it caused?
Thanks! That sounds like a great idea!
really really cool and interesting. would defo be up for a 10-20 minute video also. maybe something around an older broken deck from before 2018 ish
Thanks for the feedback, esp on the time
Very nice! Maybe include some rapid fire clips of streamers reactions/star ratings
Keep it up this is a great idea!
Fantastic idea! One of those ones that as soon as I uploaded it I was like “ohhhhhhhhhh that would have been good”
good video i hope you will continue this format
Thanks!

A great idea. There’s a long list but I’ll put this on it

Thanks : ). Well now dead man’s hand is back in standard.
I'm surprised you didn't talk about the battlecry quest varient.
Great idea! I think I’ll make these a bit more in depth in the future

I played during this meta day 1. After hitting d5 only queued into shaman mirrors.
Sounds like pain
i was extremely jealous, as a Paladin-only player, that the Paladin had no dragon card. like gee whiz. yeah there's Pure but so what?
Yeah it was a strange time because you had a very clear separation between the galakrond classes and the non-galakrond ones
Inside you there are two wolves. Invoke Galakrond twice to give them +3/+3
Awesome
3:12 as an Olivia fan i really love this reference lol
Chundo inc tries to hit a wide spread of references
this is cool can you do shudderwuck shaman aswell?
Giving out Rhystic study vibes
Was that used as an inspiration?
I love Rhystic Studios so yeah, a little bit

Yeah this was a definite tester video. Looking back I wish I had gone more in deprh
And just when i thought Chundo couldnt attack (friendly banter) the game more
2:45
More of these
i find it a bit sad kronx dosnt make the cut these days
Yo, your content is amazing, I would watch hours long form and more in depth videos if you made any :D
Good to know! Thanks!
fun vid
Thank you, Nicolas Caja
@@mrchundo srry It wasnt a very indeep comment, I just like listening to people talking about card games 😂
Same here!
wasn’t corrupter a 5/4 at this point too!?
Hey good video, maybe lower the music though ? Just kind of loud at points.
Got it
Binging all your content after the worst cards video because this shit is fantastic
Thanks! Glad you feel that way
throughout HS history shaman was either ultra garbage or ultra OP, since the beta/release up until now
just a critique but ur background music is really offputting and too loud. but love the content :)
Thanks, this type of feedback is really useful. I'll try to keep this in mind in the future.
