- The new Creator Cozy House packs a lot of features into a small package. There are three minifigures included along with several build critters and toys. Aside from a very inviting exterior, the house includes a kitchen, living space and a bedroom with enough room for all three minifigures and a cat.

Awesome that Lego is finally making 3 in 1 houses again.
This set is great, also all the toys are references to old vintage Lego sets.
The house is a little small though.
I hope Lego makes more houses in the future.

I think with that final orientation, I would either put vines up the side of the building or maybe a nice big tree in front of the ‘ugly’ wall 😂

that father figure with that Space theme shirt, it have also bad hearing device printed and it does look like a Jazz member with the same hair style piece.

Yep, made that many years ago and have always had that in my city.
Maybe you can make a chimney on the ugly side of the house. I'm definitely gonna try it because it does drag down the house.
Mini A-Frame design
Yeah, thinking of building that version, winterising it and putting it near the A-frame cabin I also plan to winterise for this years WV.
Maybe @Alex Nunes could build the a-frame version and review that?
Could you add a clock to the background?? (A Lego theme clock?? so when you speed up the building we can see a clock going round 🤷♂️

I like the little house, but I think I will just use the instructions to build one like it from my collection instead of buying it as the bricks look like fairly common.

Oh Kool 3 extra build s. The good ol 3 in one set house set s. Wish I had gotten some years back. But on ree sale s price s are to high plus thay look great. But not all that big. If I was to buy this. Set I would get X2 of it. 😊👍👍
For the small town/city I have, this would be good on my neighborhood street. I just don't agree with the $60 price tag. I would guess 3 minifigs would amount to $15, but the house itself for $45 is weak. Also the other 2 options to build alternatives are weak as well. I think 2 other options would be one being a small apartment complex and maybe a one floor condo.
3 figs is around $10. That’s how much it is to make 3 in the Lego store.
The only thing in a real house that it has but this Lego built house does not have is a bathroom lol

The one thing I can't stand with 3 in 1's is the brick built animals. I would get a 2nd set and finish off the main house and enclose it.
I think you should add a staircase.

Has anyone noticed it’s more modular size compared to mini mods?
How are the figures supposed to go the top floor if theres no attic or ladder? Most multi stories lego buildings have either of those in their designs but this one doesn’t strangely
New product 2023 ?
First, open-back looks much better than close-back. This is a good set but not the best set (especially when the back is closed)
Second, it's completely over-price - in Australia, they will be selling AUD$100, it's ridiculous. unless the price would be dropped to AUD$70 or lower, I don't think I would buy it.
Definitely wait for a sale. It's a good set but at the end of the day it's only a creator 3 in 1 which uses very common parts, so you shouldn't be forking over that much for one of their sets
@@Gameprojordan agree, and need to see how many space you have it in your town too. If that's not many spaces, won't buy it. Wait for some good sets
I will buy it because I collect LEGO houses but it is awful. Too ugly, too small, and there is no harmony between this and the houses that came before it. Do better, TLG!
