LEGO Cozier Home Modular Building Reviewed & Placed

- Today I build, review, and place the LEGO Cozier Home Modular Building that was created using the parts from 2x Creator 3in1 Cozy House Sets 31139. IT is quite the little modular building that blends in well with the city, used a large majority of the pieces from the two sets, and was a fun build.

I personally believe this house should be turned into an actual home on its own baseplate, it has the potential to be expanded backward to give more floor space! I’ve whipped up a design that fits on a 42x42, it has a garage, enough backyard space and can open up like a modular!
We’re gonna need that plan available to purchase lol

Love the alternate builds. Have you thought about like in the films 'Up' or 'No Batteries Required', with the cosy little house surrounded by skyscrapers. Really funny in the movies

It's good you have in your head already building that will go next when you need space. When you have only a certain amount of space to work with for your city, at some point you need to rotate things out to make room for new things.
I'm sure people below must have already said that is a snail on the roof and a (I assume) baby crib between the two beds.
We need a church and a carvana in the city. Cities always have churches and the carvana would show off the speed champs!

Not a bad alternate model for the Cozy Home by none other than the Brick Artisan. I'd personally change the layout and colour usage for the interior but other than that, pretty solid build.

Just a suggestion I kind of think that you could probably replace some of the colored parts with some from your inventory like the green plate at the bottom of the stairs

I believe all the little animals are robotic, along with the toys, because the original one, there's a remote control contraption 🎮 for the boy to hold.
