Some of the criticisms for this anthem ultimately being changed were that it had no lyrics and was too slow… so why couldn’t they have just added lyrics and played it faster like how it appears in this video?

Народ уже был недоволен тем что есть нечего, народ не понимал что происходит когда танки ездили по Москве, и вместе с голодом поднимался гнев народа. А опять же когда-то член партии КПСС, и позже главный опозиционер (я про Ельцина) направил негодование людей против советской власти. Но однако с моей версии он не может быть предателем. Ельцин видел как злился народ, и думал что единственный выход из кризиса это сойти с рельс плановой экономики на рыночную экономику. Он понимал что реформы советской власти не помогают, он даже однажды сказал (народ в гневе, реформы буксуют, вот и складывается культ личности Горбачева.) Потом развал СССР, вот Ельцин президент Российской Федерации, но из-за пристрастии к алкоголю он не мог трезво править, из-за чего Россия была разграблена в 90е годы, много людей погибло например в чечне (наши нынешние друзья). Мне кажется что Ельцин не хотел такого исхода за свое правление, он просто не понимал как надо править страной.

This was a great preformance of the anthem indeed. Maby that with lyrics cold have saved it? But personally I never understanded those complaints
