In Diving, if a diver can do the dives the older divers can do, they can compete at senior level. In China they train divers since very very young. The 4 very young divers in this contest were doing the exact dives Chen and Cao were doing. There is no limit of age to compete at Senior Level, it just depends on the dives you can perform!
