Hi Melanie, thanks for the comment. We’re glad you enjoyed the video. Renting short term is generally restricted in most of our gated communities. Rentals typically start at 30 days with many requiring a 90 day minimum rental. Your best bet for a few weeks is to use a website like VRBO or Airbnb.
Hi Michael, the fees run between $1,100 and $1,300/mo depending on the home type. Additionally, there is a one time transfer fee with resale or amenity fee when building new construction. These fees cover all your amenities (Less the golf - that is a separate membership as you noted or Marina rental). Hi Patrice, one must assume alligators are present in every lake in FL. Having said that, residents in Miromar Lakes know to call, as do the staff, Fish and Wildlife to relocate the alligators from the lake.
