I'm really enjoying the new TANGZU x DIVINUS FUDU Verse I. The sound quality is amazing - so warm and bassy, with so many little details coming through. This is the best sound upgrade I've heard since my last pair of Blonde z300. The verse I model has really impressed me with its audio quality.

You my friend are a LEGEND!! I was having so much doubt if i should order the Fudu or not, this week i returned the Blon Z300 and the 7Hz Sonus because they were not exactly what i like, but this Fudu sounds reallly smooth, i like that they tuned it for comfort, around 6000khz there is a significant dip to avoid that sibilant “s” sound what you can hear in vocals. Currently my QKZ X HBB og is still my main iem, after some good eq’ing. Do you think this Fudu is a bit of an upgrade compared to the HBB and Z300 when you look at technicalities and soundstage?
I’ll say though that, compared to the QKZ HBB anyway, the FUDU isn’t as big in its bass feel. It already starts off there as being a different approach to amount and thickness. Still, the FUDU is warm indeed. Is it an upgrade? Hard to say. I suppose it will come down to whether something else along the frequencies stands out as special enough.
@@dansaudioreviews thanks for your answer Dan👍🏻 It sounds like its not an instant upgrade from the QKZ X HBB, more like a sidegrade. I am still searching for a really nice warm sounding iem, without sibilance and good mids/vocals. I know if you want all that in perfection we are talking about an iem of maybe €600 or more, bit i just search something below €175 that performs acceptable in with i search for. Other reviewers suggested to me the Kiwi Quartet and Simgot EM6L.
If i like the signature and bass in fudu, what u can reccomend to go high in price value? I was thinking about truthear nova, but after I bought and listened simgot em6l i think nova will be too neutral for me… and thats sad, because i ordered bluexblack cable for nova, which I wanted to buy later
I really love the waner. But after upgrading to red. I didnt like it quite much. Sure the technical details is very good. But it didnt wow me like wan er did. Now in ur opinion is it better to upgrade to fudu or simgot em6l or legato. I really like fun sounding iem but also want noticable technical upgrade. Should i just get those or just safe some money and buy something like aful mk5. Im planning to give my red away, or i just better get simgot ew200 and be done with it
Lots going on there. I personally like the fudu most of the lot, but it is warmmmm. I also very much like the ew200. It’s decidedly brighter though, but in a tame and enjoyable way (compared to a lot of stuff out there that pushes treble way too far). So yea, fudu and ew200 would be my picks among those. I don’t like legato. Em6L is decent enough though. Aful is very enjoyable, especially with my EQ tweak. Aful performer 5, fudu, ew200. All good choices. The most interesting right now to me, the stand out among the crowd for its unique flavor must be the fudu. But, again, it’s decidedly warmer than the others. Very different experiences. I would suggest going between those three demos and going with your gut 🙇🏻♂️✌🏻
If you listen to Metal and Rock get the ew200 If you listen to Pop or watch movies or podcasts get the Fudu. I don't have either just my thoughts@@alvarg
i keep comparing these and the Kiwi Melody and i wish the Fudu had the air adn sense of space of the melody, especially for snares, for example track 11 47:30 the Melody has way more space between different sounds.
In general, not bad, but let’s say at 1:08:10 the violins lack melodiousness and are a bit harsh - the same Panda (Tinhifi P1Max) play this track more naturally and emotionally (comparison from your videos).
i dont know.. it sounds pretty good.. maybe something I could get sooner then the whale.. but is it better then s12 or... idk.. idk I think the Dioko killed me from trying a planar for a full year.. maybe in 2024 ill try another planar..
@@jb678901- Wait until you get over 60…..I’m 64. It doesn’t get any easier. The Fudu is a really good set no doubt. At its price, few compete😅. It has a Penon style tuning @ a much lower price point. Another hybrid u might consider is the Simgot EM6L though it requires a very simple mod. Just stick a #400 grade filter on the nozzle. That brings the pinna gain gain (upper mids and lower treble) down about 3-4db. Super easy and totally reversible. Cheers..!
@@VexxedSRyes but the treble is clear and loud, the mids are deep but not too muddy and has better sound separation compared to others. Great for price, small sound stage though.

It's not a planar though. It's a 1 DD 2 BA.
I think a (hybrid) comparison between this Tangzu x Divinus collab and the Truthear HEXA would be interesting.
