Herrschners has them for $7 for a three pack and a coupon for $0.30 shipping on orders over $35 so I bought a couple of colors so I can do this and another of your tops. This is a great pattern for a beginner+ :) This is so pretty. It'd be a great alternative (or doing both types!) to have an alternative sleeve like you mentioned as a possibility. If I have so much of a bell sleeve my dogs are much more likely to start pawing at it or chewing on it while I'm wearing it, lol. Good thing all 3 of them are small! Thanks a lot!!

      @@TCDDIY Thanks for your fast response. :) I measure so it fits from my shoulder down to the preferred length a bit underneath my hips, when I chain, then I start crocheting and after a few rows, I see it's getting smaller.

    This is super cute! Definitely my next project, im thinking of using a multicoloured cake to get almost a phoebe buffay vibe!! Quick question since im new to crocheting, how would we make the bell sleeves smaller?

    • @TCDDIY
      @TCDDIY  3 года назад

      That sounds awesome!! You're asking to make it not as wide, right? I'd suggest to have more Single Crochet' in between the increases. I don't remember what it was for this video exactly, but for example if there's 12 Stitches then and increase, do 15 Stitches and then increase. 😊💕That'll spread it out a bit more. 😊

      For this pattern it does not matter, but my personal preference would be to finish this panel off with the same 1st row.

    Hi, can you tell me how to account for bust size? I'm not certain if I just measure from shoulder down to waist if that'll be accurate or not? I thought of possibly just measuring a shirt that fits me well...

    • @TCDDIY
      @TCDDIY  3 года назад

      Yes! You can definitely measure a shirt that you like! Keep in mind that it will stretch a little bit so it'll elongate a little bit when worn. Hope this helps! 😁

      Thanks so much for subscribing! We really appreciate it! 🥰❤️
      Seaming the sides together would be at 5:12. As for making it bigger all you'd have to do is when you make your body portions just make sure that each corner reaches the tips of your shoulders + 2 inches. 😁 Hope that helps!
