Jack was a pioneering the field of exercise. I worked out with him for years I was in the best shape of my life. I was always thin.I didnt have an ounce of fat on me and great muscle tone ,no one ever believed I had had 4 children. He was fantastic.watche him everyday and did his exercises on my own time too.

@@thomaspilgrim7130 you are so right ,I remember 100& . I was in the best shape of my life after 2 children and I continued his exercise off the air for years afterwards by then I had 4 pregnancies all together by 26 years old. He said many things ahead of his time about sugar and bad diets back then. He was a cool guy full of life.

I have to thank you for making these recording available to the youth of today, sadly there are no real people on tv today helping everyday people stay fit. What people learn here will stay with them their entire lives.

Sneaker's weren't a thing back then. Most Hand Balancers(thats what they called people like him back then) wore them.
