- The Nike Zoom Vomero 5 have been getting a lot of traction this past 1-2 years. I got a chance to cop the Pale Ivory / Light Bone aka Supersonic colorway. So I decided to break them in for the past 2 weeks in order to determine what the hype was all about... here are my overall thoughts!

The glowing and reflective surface is really cool! But it doesn't look like the pros outweigh the cons 😅
What pairs do you feel are better in terms of comfort?
dope video can tell you put a lot of effort in them . also they look better with ankle socks

i have the same pronation issue with 1 of my 2 pairs of vomero 5s
Vomero 5 was designed as a running shoe, but over the years, it’s been transitioned into a lifestyle footwear. The latest iteration of Vomero 17 will be geared toward performance running. Of course, people will always treat certain running shoes for casual wear.
Thanks for the insightful comment 👍 the retro running shoes are definitely becoming more trendy these days , but I can also see these serving it’s actual intended purpose of running pretty well

Hi! Just came upon your video, has the midsole bottomed out so far? Is it less comfortable if a midsole bottoms out?
It’s still holding up okay. I just wear these casually for light walking , but this past year aside from the strong creases, still has decent midsole support so far 👍
I wasn't sold on the silhouette either but the comfort got me over that, quick. My only issue is the price -it's not a $175 shoe, more like $140ish

Just this colorway glows in particular I believe, not every vomero colorway has the glow in the dark feature 👍

They take about a minute or less to fully illuminate once you step in the dark

First review that I've seen that has such a negative review about how they feel on feet. I spoke to my share of people wearing them and I've watched many reviews and this is my first time hearing a complaint

I been wanting to try the P-6000 model but haven’t gotten to a pair yet. Model looks great tho. But sorry I can’t speak on that quite yet 👍
