I like the house rule of shooting through smoke and leaving the smoke where the shot was made. Great stuff!
Wow, I didn't expect the Spanish Inquisition. Okay I did, but that line never gets old.
Oldie but a Goldie
It's especially funny because everyone who gets a visit from the Spanish Inquisition typically expects it because the real-life Spanish Inquisition gave notice before they would arrive.
Thanks, I'm now looking at Napoleonic British Riflemen minis.
Having finally just succumbed to ordering SB, great to see it - and love the banter with Jay as always. Awesome stuff. That smoke house rule is brilliant, too!
It is great to have Jay back!
Wasn't interested by this game until i watched it on your channel and tried it. It's a blast. Thanks for showing another great game. 😙👍
Yes so happy you done more on this 😁
That big ruin is so impressive; I'm tempted to invest the filament to print it and the space to store it.
Thanks to both players for a fun game.
Love you guys covering this, bought the book a while bk but not yet played. Where did you get the miniatures from though? They look great
Ah Sir Henry is pleased to see this display.
Looks great! Just ordered the book!!
Man, fear Sean Bean's magnificent muttonchops.
This made me order the game. I'm sold lol.
Looking forward to more of this would love to see more last days or frost grave 2nd ed again
Love your vids. Ordered the book.
I was checking this out last night on Amazon. This does look really cool! Thanks for the video...
Oooh you could have a wind direction token to make the smoke move around at the end of every turn.
Muskets are Power damage. Rifles are Skill...
Need to get me some of them morions with gasmasks for Sludge
That was great fun - Sean Bean's Mighty Muttonchops is the name of my new band.
Mine is the Obadiah Hakeswill Experience.
Great to see more TSB and Jay in the studio. Have you any plans for some TNT with Jay?
Great fun. I'm looking forward to the rest of the campaign. But I feel somebody should remind Jay his Rifles have a range of 30" !!! ;)
Jay is super-bad at remembering things...
@@worlds-in-conflict It's probably old age. ;)
@@Agent_Pumpkin to be fair; I am currently older than I have ever been before....
@@worlds-in-conflict What a coincidence! So am I! 😆
Jay you need a Nock volley Gun! Seven barrels of Fun!! :)
I ...might... have that on my painting table already
Guess he was a doctor of headshotology
Thanks Ash!
Good game
This looks like great fun, where do you get such miniatures from?
There are quite a few different companies making such figures. Here in the UK NorthStar make the "official" figures. (www.northstarfigures.com/list.php?man=302&page=1)
However you can use any Napoleonics. Wargames Foundry and Perry Miniatures are my favourites. Warlord Games also make some nice stuff.
@@Agent_Pumpkin thank you, I will check them out :)
Without a doubt, the funkiest intro music.
JAY DAY!!!!!
Hey Jay, might have been asked a million times but couldn't find the answer: Where did you get those figs from? Checked a couple of manufacturers, but haven't found them yet.
Mine are a mixture.. 2 of my riflemen are single figures (resin?) that Warlord offers separately, 2 of them are Perry plastics that come with their basic Napoleonic British soldiers box. Tavington is a Vicrix body with arms from the Perry plastics. Theoplois and McHaggis are Warlord with Theopolis having a Sludge head, McHaggis has a head from Kromlech and I can't remember where his sword arms are from (sorry).
We can pre-measure in this game? I mean we aren't animals! 😀
Missing file approximately 13:42
What's the source of the Spanish miniatures?
SaintDecent STLs!
@@GuerrillaMiniatureGames Pretty cool. Were you playing in a pre-Napoleonic setting or was it just rule of cool?
Where is the bayonets dude? None of you have them
One of my riflemen has the rifle bayonet (which is basically a full sword) attached to his rifle.
Just wondering if there is anything behind the Cardiff, Wales comment?
Dr. Who/Torchwood?
@@Hundmathr But hob goblins? Not really in the Dr Who / Torchwood scope.
@@paulyoung5966 Maybe it is a cultralist dig at our fair Welsh folk. 🤔
I have family from there so I generally associate the area with monstrous deviants.
@@worlds-in-conflict I think you may be mistaken the only monstrous deviants on these fair Isles are from the other side of the Severn!
Rad
As much as I like these videos and the channel I must admit that I am disappointed with Silver Bayonet content simply because of the warband and the paint style. Somehow you managed to lose the main attribute of the Napoleonic era that is visual appeal and colorful uniforms. Maybe next time.
I thought items you find that give you blessed or silver or cold iron last for the rest of the scenario, not into the next. Regardless, I dont even care if Im right or wrong. Great game, great fun, it's going to be my first miniatures wargame and Im STOKED about it
