The video was kind a punch to the face. Quick, effective and to the point but also nice which isn't included in the punch usually. I just started to collect fantasy miniatures so, I'm not even thinking about getting something else, but it was really cool to know what this game is about - I even saw a battle report about it, but from the background you mentioned here, it's is very cool background for campaings.
Thank you for watching! This is the rare game that can include fantasy monsters with Napoleon's infantry and even cavalry! It's an interesting game that has a lot of potential! I am glad it was a 'nice' punch to the face! 😆
It was nice meeting you as well! I would like to play some more Silver Bayonet! I have only played 2 games of it so I know I am just scratching the surface of what the game has to offer.
Thank you! I am glad I could help inform about this game! That's what this series is all about exposing people to games they may not have heard of or played before.
I ran an eight "episode" campaign for our nine-member role playing group over the holidays in 2022. Members miss our Tuesday night group often with the demands of the holidays. I set up a campaign, made a few minor changes to make the game more RPG like, and adjusted each week based on the number of attendees. Each player had two "characters", the Brits faction and their allies, and I ran the opposition. We had a great time, and everyone agreed it is a great game that is easy to learn and has a lot of flavor. I will be running the campaign again during the holiday 2024 season. And with new expansion rules available, Canada, Carpathia, Egypt being released in June 24 and Italy being released in November 24, there is quite a lot of options and horror goodness available. I give the game a 10/10 for ease of play, a unique setting, and fun. Thanks for sharing!
The monsters are a lot tougher than I thought they would be also! I faced off against goblins in a game and they were really tough! I should treat my tape measures better, I agree!

That sounds like a lot of fun! Great idea playing it with an rpg group! It really can be very rpg-like.
Very cool. Thanks for sharing. Really had no idea about this game but what an interesting setting.
Thanks! I just found out about it in December and I thought I'd give it a try!
I like how challenging the harvestmen can be, I got schooled by a ghost in my first game 👻. Nice video, don’t abuse your tape measure!

Got to play in the event at Adepticon! It's such a pulpy game and I highly recommend it. Still trying to get a group together to do the Carpathians
Pulpy is a great way to describe it!
