    When your putting the dye in the fondant and when your kneading it. It might be helpful to use parchment paper. Tip if you use parchment paper it will slip around and roll up. So just wet your counter space with some water and it wont roll up and slip around while your using it :3

      her videos are a little lengthy but there are some short ones that go through fondent and buttercream and what not and she has cake talks those are about 20minutes-1hour but it goes through a lot of information. and over its just a great channel she posts every Tuesday about new cakes and stuff so yeah good luck. but some advice I can give u is just go for it if u screw up its not that big of a deal just back a cake or 2 before his birthday and just give it to friends or family to eat or what ever but the worst u can do is mess up u can always make another one or just buy one if u run out of time, trial and error is the only way to really learn. have fun and tell him I said happy birthday -random girl from RUclips lol :)

    Please, please, PLEASE make a guimauve recipe tutorial! I've been looking everywhere, there's only blogs with it, no videos :( It's a marshmallow treat from France, and I live in America. I can't travel, and they don't sell it in my area, so you should definitely make it, especially because this fondant seems similar in a way. I'd be forever grateful!

    Thank You so much for these Fondant Videos. I am making a Cake for my daughters birthday and I have NEVER made fondant before. I was planning on ordering the kind of cake I wanted for her but they priced me $65 for a very small simple cake with very little fondant. That was the cheapest Cake shop we have around. I thought it was insane. So I did my research and found your videos. ITS SO SIMPLE TO MAKE!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH for such detailed videos.

      Do you have a video on how to fully cover a round cake with fondant properly? Because I had a hard time covering and there were much hassles here and there and I wasn't too sure where or how to cut off excess fondant...

    • @MyCupcakeaddiction
      @MyCupcakeaddiction  9 лет назад +2

      Jon Joey Nisperos no i don't at the moment.
      I plan on doing more 'big cake' tutorials in the future, however as we get toward the festive season my schedule is filling fast so perhaps next year will be best.
      It is a difficult process and can get tricky at times. If you managed it by yourself with out help you did extremely well!
      :-)
