I don't know. I wish I had one, but firing up a Kamado grill is a big to-do for grilling lamb chops, burgers or anything that takes around 10-minutes in total, both sides. The Kamado will burn for hours and hours but my chops took 10-minutes. I don't get it. Am I crazy?
Just did some lamb loin chops with indian masala all over as marinadr.Reverse seared with hickory during smoking. Best lamb i had. Only issue is the loin bone is a pia. Took whatever we couldnt pick off as i cooked it to medium and threw it back on 700 degree lower rack and it came of fried in its own fat. Well done near bone is also good but loses lamb flavor...more like steak.
Thanks for the cooking tips John. Great video as usual.
Nice old school video. I will try. Thanks John.
Cooked up about 8 ribeyes on my Kamado last night.... Next weekend Lamb Chops! Can't wait!!!!
Look great as usual, John. Thank you for making this video.
Great sear on those chops, John!
I have some great lamb marinades, but always looking for more. I'll definitely try this, thanks!
Good looking chops. Nice cook! I've never seen so much citrus with lamb before.
