    Fridge magnets all the way! They're cheap and take up very little space. Every trip I make in the camper, I always get magnets.
    Sight unseen is always dodgy. I'd have to have a look first. I realise there are differences between the US and UK, but moved from England back to Wales (not far in relation to the US!). So glad I looked at the properties first. There were HUGE issues that were not disclosed in a number of them.
    Aw, just want to give you a hug. ❤ I, like most of your subscribers, hope that the OC nightmare gets sorted out quickly for all concerned. ❤

    I live in Knoxville TN (68 yrs)....top 2 things....the landscape, the friendly people and of course the Smoky Mountains, the least...the traffic in the city, and the humidity this past year. Since I've lived here 68yrs guess you can figure I love it!! If you find a certain house you like in TN see if there is a fan in that area to go take a live video so you can actually see what is offered! Good luck guys!

    For the buying sight unseen, military personnel buy like that all the time now and honestly maybe you can get someone close to the location to go represent you and give you honest and accurate feedback as well. Virtual tours (not just what realtors want you to see, etc)

    So delayed viewing on my part but you could always buy some souvenirs and mail them to someone to hold them for you so you aren't traveling with it the entire time until you get a homestead. When you really really want something its an option, lol

    I find the idea of buying something as substantial as a house or land sight unseen, terrifying (not to mention completely bonkers!). It’s an enormous gamble, in my humble opinion.
    Wherever you eventually decide to move to, I hope it will be a good place with peaceful neighbours.

    Hello. My daughter loves Alaska. We're from Michigan. Her husband is in the army. They lived in fairbanks a couple of years ago. Now they are in New York. In September, they are transferring back to Alaska. But to Anchorage this time. They want to retire to Alaska when he's able. They are still not even 30. Have 4 kids. 3 dogs. I don't know how she does it. Hubby is always away training or deployed. I couldn't move like that. She is a strong woman. Takes a lot to do that kind of life. Sorry for the carrying on. I just hope you enjoy it as much as she does.

    I personally have never bought a house site unseen but know a few people that have. The basically had all short list of absolute musts knowing in the future they could put their stamp on other things and so on. When they found ones they like they extensively researched the area and worked close with an agent. google mapped it with lots of street views of the area too. In your case I would check out everything if you know what I mean😜😉! You don’t want to do THAT again!!
    So glad you two are having a great time! Well deserved! I don’t blame you having safety issues at “home”. It is a crazy place at the moment. With any luck it will be taken care of soon.

    It is dangerous to have a person around who displays a weapon and points it at someone. They will take the next step someday. What about the federal red flag law? The battle with those two neighbors makes it dangerous for the entire town and anyone driving by. Liked your video, good luck on your travels.

    Something i just thought of when you said you wouldn't care as much if it Wasn'tforthe saftey of innocent child. If Cook pulls the pewpew out of his sweatshorts pocket, NOT from a holster, there is a very scarey and real chamce that pewpew is left unsecured, without a saftey on any table, near his recliner or couch side. Night table ect. No holsters means a loaded free laying weapon for a toddler to pick up. Revolvers dont have the same safe guards that ither styles do. So she could easilyhurt herself or God forbid she pick it up and hurt or kill one of them. She would be even more messed up in the head than she already will be. That poor child. I will never understand WHY with all this video evidence, DCFS hasnt removed that poor girl! 😢

      @MadamMayorsAdventures does Florida have conceal Carry or open carry? Not that levy county would enforce a violation for conceal carry if they witnessed it themselves! I truly don't understand how the higher powers that be in Florida haven't been pelted with these videos by outraged people just turned off by the sheriff's behavior. It boggles me nothing has changing. I suppose until it hit the mainstream.media nothing will change for you all. I am so glad you and Brett are out of there, but still pray for the others to be safe!

    I use to work at a real estate office, it's risky to buy site unseen. Most people would look online at MLS listing and set a date to drive or fly in and spend a few days touring the homes. I myself had someone lie about a rental and steal from me. Learned the hard way go look or have someone look for you. Pray it works out well for yall. I visited Nashville once didn't like it. But surrounding areas were very pretty.

    The house we live in here in Pittsburgh we bought after virtual tours. At the time we lived in a small town in northeast California and ended up moving to Pittsburgh PA. We even had our closing paperwork transferred to the escrow office in California so that we could sign everything there.
    Would I do it again, sure especially if we had a really good agent working for us.

      @tommywilliamson2103 Месяц назад

      @@MadamMayorsAdventures We fix slot of virtual signatures during the process. The only thing that required a wet signature was the closing paperwork which the escrow company here in Pennsylvania emailed to our escrow company in California for us to sign then sent those documents back via email and overnighted the originals. All of our house tours were done virtually, this included a walk through with the home inspector, a structural engineer that we hired to inspect the house and the final walkthrough. The only time we met the Pennsylvania realtor in person was the evening we arrived to in Pittsburgh and she handed us the keys. The next morning we got to turn house and looked around a little before the moving van arrived with all of our stuff.
