Got ambushed by my neighbor this morning starting an argument with me regarding my divorce and how i was slimey for how i got the house (i didnt want the house and it fell into my lap the day i thought i was going to move out to find my own place). And through the convo, I slowly realized that this seemed to be a confrontatiin that she needed. At one point she said "you're a reminder of why I hate men"... I asked for specifics on what she was talking about but none ever came. I know she has valid reasons for that view based on her past traumas shes shared before and I hope she can heal. Spread love, don't take on other people's storms. Thank again John for what you do.
One of the meditations I do is to bathe myself in unconditional love. Then to share that with someone I love. Then share it with someone I have neutral feelings. Then share it with someone difficult for whom I have negative feelings. I think of a person that has a big influence over making others feel negative. I bathe him in unconditional love. I think this is the only place that I could share this. Love always wins. Thank you 🌞 ❤

My greatest battles are never with others, but with that part of my mind that jumps into fight or flight. Ty, John. I'm so tired of the hate and fear mongering! One guy puts out only videos which slams EVERY one who talks about Jesus as a "false prophet" and says he's the only true prophet. 😢
People bring their own biases and storms to the table and interpret through them. If their srorm is fear they will only see fear.. if love ...love. i just had an encounter with an angry ego driven lady just the other day because I wrote a poem based on folk lore rather than being historically (histerically) correct. Boy did she give me a dressing down and suggested it to be the "worse crime ever" to change history. Now Im a reasonable , and I think, loving person and am happy to admit a mistake and edit my writing... which I did but she still wouldnt let up... so I chose to do the loving thing and remove my poem from that site and walk away rather than engaging any further.... before I became less loving and said something I might regret later. I wanted to return to my place of peace rather than engage with her ego. My peace is more important than her ego. Her attack hurt at the time but I chose not to increase the hurt.

Beautiful Message! It takes practice, but once you get to a place where you truly understand this, it is so freeing.
