People are such bullies online, their just jealous. It was the very start to her makeup brand and she's not a huge celebrity with tons of money, she did ok with em in the beginning. Not all of her products sucked, I actually miss some. Practice makes perfect, I wish she hadn't of let the negativity get to her and disappeared. Loads of people still miss and support her. I'm glad she's still living her dream, and happy tho.

Em cosmetics flopped because her audience was too narrow-minded to see it for what it was; not because she didn't do a good job. The makeup was "expensive" because the consumers would get a year's worth of makeup at one time, saving money in the long term but they were too young to understand that

If she work harder on her marketing for Em Cosmetics like how Morphe, Colourpop and Jeffree Star does, she would probably gain much more success. Of course, providing that her products are of good quality as well, there'd be customers repurchasing and spread the word of her line.

I really do not agree on that because this ppl have money they’ll own house, vietnam people own their own house, own cars send money to their country the word poor it’s just does"t fit on my vocabulary. U can make money out of anything if you do it with passion and love for me Poor is somebody who live on the streets and don’t have a place to live or sleep. well technically Em cosmetics wasn't reach the mark as they expected, the products weren't as good as it was promo and many ppl complained about the fact the products was only well-known bc it's Michelle Phan's products, not for any reason. The texture is bad, not that great as Michelle promoted it herself. Kinda sad but maybe it's for the best, Michelle can be the best make-up guru ever but invented a make-up line is another story. I don't blame her just feel so bad and wish she had met someone better so she wouldn't quit social media like that. Hope she'll continue her make-up tutorial soon, it's so different without her.
