Forget the 40 day bean diet! I make something I call veggies and eggs that is perfect for fiber and protein with minimal calories but you feel very full. I make mine Asian inspired with a drop of Maggi sauce which is straight msg so I crave the veggies.
Any chance do you know how long that bike rack is? I’m trying to haul my dog in a basket on one of these but surly doesn’t provide and rack dimensions. Thanks for the video! Safe riding!
