Hi Erika, Yes, they are all getting ready for the next update video.. :) Winter is close here in New Zealand.. I am optimistic and waiting to see that the babies grow..
I've tried to propagate my two caperata in water but the stems always fray and break down from the bottom up. I really like the idea of planting them right up against the side of a clear glass with soil so they can be monitored more easily. Thanks for the novel approach! 🌱
Sure.. pruning any plant will always promote growth.. Peperomia doesn't like to be watered often.. water it when the top 1 inch of the soil is dry.. Use of a Liquid plant food once a month will promote growth of new leaves.. The plant loves moderate light.. Let me know if you need anyother information. Thank you!
Yes .. Make sure that the water doesn’t contain ammonia.. it’s best to put the leaf with the petiole in a shot glass or a test tube.. Water propagation work with many cultivars of Peperomia but this one takes a long time unlike others.. Cheers!
#titavlogger hey.. did you check out my propagation video update? You can bury the whole leaf half way through, if it has lost its petiole.. Or text on my Instagram if you need help.. happy to help..
I would love to see an update on these propagations ☺️

Not the same plant but I propagated my piccolo banda with stem in my fish tank filter, it has rooted! I will try this method again with this plant.
Excellent, great advice.

should i keep the soil moist the first few weeks or so?
Yes.. but make sure that you’re keeping the plant away from direct sunlight and use a fresh potting mix.. 👍🏻
Thanks for the support..
Can this be done in water?

Will it grow without the hormone?
anny2dc I think it would .. but using a rooting hormone protects the branch/cutting from decaying and promotes faster root production., Cheers!
Which way you think is more effective?
The whole leaf without the Petiole does better in soil. 👍🏻
Mine is dying 😢😢😢
