Very grateful for your videos.. I’m currently in the process of finding out if I have RA/fibromyalgia , which I feel like I do for the most part. I def have anxiety so I pretty much relate to you so much. Thank you for what you do, I don’t feel alone 🙏🏼🙏🏼
I forgot to mention that I’m a bedside nurse right now and I just called in sick past few days ended up in Ed cuz of muscle pain and even stiffness. I was grateful to watch your video about you as a nurse and the different avenues you took to find the place that worked best for you. I’m currently looking for a another job to and funny enough I saw an option of health coaching and I really wanted for use social media content to reach people too!!! Thank you for real and please continue to do what you’re doing, God bless
Glad it was helpful 🌺 I had the same problem. I thought it was either my bladder or the fibromyalgia waking me up. I learned the liver and adrenal stuff from working with Dr. Michael Izquierdo. He talks about this more in his book, The Pain & Instability Solution.
What helps you fall asleep and stay asleep? Help someone else by sharing in the comments :)

Putting raining and thunder sounds help me for sleep and I got both RA and Fibro
I love that! I used to listen to those sounds all the time to sleep. Thanks for sharing 🌺
Thank you for this I’ve been waking up at 3 or 5 am for quite a while now and had no idea why.

Time map is in the description box if you need it 😉
I know that you mostly discuss RA but can you do a video on PsA? I was currently diagnosed with PsA.
