My favorite milady setup is full keen with 80 Dex, sword dance ash, spiked & thorny tears, with the two handed, axe, rotten wing sword ( or whatever you have available) and the Alex shard!
@tayninja17 more to a weapon than just its Ash of War, when I make build for myself I craft it around a weapon and its full kit and integrate the entire move set into my playstyle! I find using a weapon and just relying on spamming its Ash is rather boring
I've been using the milady on cold affinity with wing stance and having a blast. The R1 version of the ash procs frost in one combo, then the heavy ash attack when frost is procced is insane damage

Excellent build video, thanks for making it. For the frost build, since it's magic damage, I'd recommend adding a staff and Terra Magica to boost the ash even further.
Pro tip: Power-stance Miladys is the way to go. Most of the attacks; jump, crouch, roll, heavy, combo directly into the final L1 attack which is a fast 4 hitter. Goes crazy with Twinblade's 45% boost and multi-hit stacks.

Should keep the poison hand in your offhand with any build that uses kindred of rots exultation since the poison hand has the exact same buff as the talisman and it stacks I believe
I've been doing some crazy stuff with Milady lately. Including building a Blood Infused one with the Sword Dance Ash of War while wearing the Dancer set.
Good video but 40/40 Dex/Int for the cold infusion is not optimal, when cold infused the Milady scales B on Dex and C on Int, so you want to invest more into Dex, the optimal split for higher AR is about 2/1 Dex/Int, i.e. 50/25 or 60/30, then you can buff up the magic damage with Magic crystal tear and/or Magic Scorpion Charm. Chilling mist being probably the best AoW as it adds 60 frost build-up per hit, bringing it to 165, and with the Milady move-set you are going to apply frost super fast.
Oh and the best two-handed combo I found is heavy attack followed by 3 light attacks. Don’t forget the two-handed sword talisman, the two-headed turtle talisman, and the talisman you get from Millicent 😊

I have a quick question how come some people are at level 150 yet there stats don’t add up to 150 I really want to know cuz for me it just add up to 150
I noticed that with the quality affinity Dex still scales with a B as well as Strength, but with keen affinity dex stays at a B and strength scales at C. What is the advantage of keen?
Both strength & Dexterity (keen/heavy) are a “B”. Keen is for dexterity scaling overall. A lot of ppl run Dex builds. Quality is best but not at RL 150. Higher levels closer to 200.

Milady with bleed affinity still has a B in dex but it has Bleed, seems nice
the poison flower bloom twice is most effective when it , well , blooms twice , use it on a rotted/poisoned enemy for massive damage boost

Yeah I noticed a couple issues with stats and scaling. I’m not sure he completely understands how scaling works with stats to get the highest AR
This sword is sick!! Two-hand this weapon to unlock the Anakin Skywalker lightsaber move set. I’m going nuts right now 😂
