Eurovision is not voted on the video. It could very well have been a bunch of sows wearing paisley boots. The song is POWERFUL! It's one reason I cringe at these reaction videos. People look at the VIDEO. The BEST reaction video I saw, was a guy who closed his eyes to listen to the songs. PERFECT!
The Euro Cooking Canuk the paisley-errrrrrr the boots the more votes they get, it is a circus not a singing competition.

I think the live vocals will add a lot more to the song. What do you think staging wise would be the best? Single singer? Dancers?
That's a good question. I'm not great with staging. They could do something intimate like Salvador Sobral and have her stand forward with nice lighting and swirling cameras, punctuating the swelling orchestra sound. They could have her sing alone, but then gradually have her be joined by other proud women as if she's giving them the strength they need to be proud and come forward. Or they could go the opposite way and have the other people supporting her and giving HER strength to sing the song (similar to Molitva).
I think the "easy" way would be to have her sing in front of a backdrop of photos or have interpretive dancers, but I feel like that's been done so much that neither one would make an impact.
TOP OF THE POPS
It can be a different meaning about how to interpreted the lyrics. Many people and I saw almost every reaction video on RUclips about North Macedonia, my way to intepretate is about the country. Macedonian people got thru a lot of struggling and this song by my opinion is about how proud are we that we are still standing and maybe getting some new future. “Macedonian” is pronoun and is female. And as well woman empowerment. So there is a two messages in this song. Love this song and hope They will get to the finales. Love from 🇳🇴
Stevan Najdovski yeah, first we're slaves for 500 years, then got our territories taken, have been denied our identity and independence, and when we're finally free we're still being told what to do. As you said, Makedonija is a strong mother to us all.

Well, obviosly I can see that you dont like the song, there is no need to make a history of their makes up and bla bla bla, and expecially you dont have any experience in the music so you can not value. Most of the people they know how eurovision works

I'm sorry, but I think it's boring, you can say I have no soul, I'm not getting the deep message, but the fact is the song sound not impowering to me but really really depressing, the effect that the music and the combination of screaming faces and the voice have on me isn't really positive. I wish her good luck, though.Hope she will be great on the night.
I'm sure you have PLENTY of soul! Even though I like this song and it works for me, I don't feel like the style, voice, message, production quality.....or anything else with this song is universal, by any means.
I don't hate the song or it's message but it really isn't my kind of song, there are way better ballads in the contest this year IMO so I think this will struggle to qualify but I guess we have to wait and see.
Yeah. I think I would rather hear her sing something else. Her voice is special, but the song is just ok.
It will qualify I'm sure
