Keiino actually won the televote, it's the juries that brought them down
The juries hate Norway.
This song won the popular vote from the people at home, but didn't get enough votes from the professional panels to win the competition.

The cultural element is the Sami Fred Buljo, who is a rapper and performer of traditional Sami yoik. The Sami are Scandinavia's indigenous people. Our traditional living areas are in the northern parts of Norway, Sweden, Finland and the Kola Peninsula in Russia. Here in Norway, we are not surprised. The jury simply doesn't like us. When Alexander Rybak won there was no jury, only televotes.

And btw - Norway is nothing like Sweden in Eurovision. While Sweden always sends pop songs, Norway usually take chances and send what hits us at home, regardless of genre.
They didn't come out sixth... THEY CAME OUT FIFTH OVERALL. AND THEY WON THE TELEVOTE WITH THE FIRST PLACE WITH 291 POINTS... beating the Netherlands with 232 votes...

Well Soldi became huge hit worldwide so I think Italy deserved it although Tuta gold is even better for me...and oh yeaaaah this is waaay better than Arcade, never liked that song..so Italy and Norway both deserved a win more than Duncan, but that's just me i guess. Also you can react to Norway 2022!
