    Material:
    *Polish starter: Whole wheat flour 300g, yeast 3g, water300g
    *Tangzhong: Bread flour 50 g, Boiling water 50g
    Dough:
    All Poolish starter, all Tangzhong, Bread flour 150g, sugar-free yogurt 50g, honey 30g, salt 4g, yeast 3g, butter 45g
    Note: 1. To save time, polish seeds and hot seeds can be prepared one night in advance.
    2. Don't over-ferment the dough after it's finished, the toast will collapse after it's over.

    材料:
    *波兰种:全麦粉300克、酵母3克、水300克
    *烫种:高筋面粉 50克、滚烫的开水50克
    面团:
    全部波兰种、全部烫种、高筋面粉150克、无糖酸奶50克、蜂蜜30克、盐4克、酵母3克、黄油45克
    注意:1.为节省时间 波兰种和烫种可提前一晚做好。
    2.面团打好后发酵不要过,过了吐司会塌。
