Dough:
All Poolish starter, all Tangzhong, Bread flour 150g, sugar-free yogurt 50g, honey 30g, salt 4g, yeast 3g, butter 45g
Note: 1. To save time, polish seeds and hot seeds can be prepared one night in advance.
