Your use of metaphor, problem state, visualization of desired state and future pacing is so helpful in setting a desired outcome into the subconscious mind. You're one of very few guides of meditation that have that ability. Thank you for caring enough to learn those skills. We are honored by your presence here.

Thank you for your help. I started listening to your videos and meditatiating every since my brother jumped in front of a train while on the phone with me almost 5 yrs ago. Since then, I've lost another sibling and most recently lost my daughter. I honestly believe it's your meditation that has kept me here in my earthly body. Gives me strength to keep moving forward. I wouldn't have any peace without your guidance. It's the only way I start my day and I'm able to go to sleep at night listening to you. You're my savior that brings me to my higher left. I have been struggling a great deal for months when I found you and your meditations. My first one was a letting go and it was profound and impactful. As time has gone on, my depression came back and again, you showed up at the top of my feed with the exact meditation I needed over and over again. I am finally seeing the other side and feeling oh so better. You have been a major part of that healing and I need to thank you and let you know how deeply your messages connected inside me. Thank you for giving so much of yourself. You are seen and heard and appreciated.
I have explored so many, so many types of guided meditations so far. I meditate daily and set an objective to the meditation as well. Thank you cannot I find that this type of meditation is really helping me recover from addiction. I am heading toward the two month mark as being clean and sober and although your meditations could be applied to leading of any behaviour I wondered if you could do one for recovery for us at it as lots of us Who have seen us in some horror films I’m just kidding I’m not really I did ask you a couple of years ago if you do something for addiction and you said that you were working on it but I haven’t been able to find anything that is seeming to dress addiction and recovery head on please you are the king of this type of thing and I’m very grateful to you 🙏💖🙏

Kenneth, you were the beginning of my meditation journey , that has led me down a spiritual path of transformation, growth and love. I used to suffer so much from suicidal thoughts , the trauma I had experienced was too much to heal I thought , but through my meditation and spiritual practice , I have grown my compassion for myself and the world around me . This is magic. Thank you for sharing your gifts with us , you’ve inspired me to share mine and little by little (really not little at all ) we heal the world by spreading our love . 💕
