Anyone else find they fall asleep after a few minutes? I woke up feeling lovely afterwards with a light feeling as if a weight had been taking off my shoulders but I've no recollection of what was said

This is literally the best mediation. I did it yesterday and I did it again in morning and I felt really calm and happy for the rest of the day. It was almost wierd. I could walk down the halls at school without feeling so self conscious. It felt great.
I heard this audio for the first time while taking an epsom salt/ rose pedal bath. My windows opened while the sun and breeze grazed me and I feel reborn. Thank you, my soul thanks you. ❤✨

I feel anger a lot of time, but when i go deeper, the anger comes from fear, fear that people around me take control of my life, fear of being blamed, I am traumatized for being blamed. whatever i did and i said, they use it to attack me back. Generally, i dont feel safe. but so hard to move out because they depend emotional & physical well being on me, they blame someone sick because of me, someone suffering because of me. Theoritically it is so easy i just need to move from here, but the fear control me more then myself. I dont know what to do.
