One of the best informational videos on RUclips on how to solve many problems caused by drained water into the cabin. Most of the time, the plates may be functional but requires deep cleaning with isopropylic alcohol and WD40 to take out moisture and corrosion.

If possible please help, water drained inside into the driver side floor pan, looks like sunroof drain is clogged. I cleaned and dried out are and all fuses but once I set key the lights come on but will not start. Please help with any possibilities

I have a Mercedes Benz c300 replaced the passenger both can bus. My car starts and drives but won’t shift out of first gear. And the car shifts really hard. I had no issues on the transmission. scanner says no communication with tcm. Any ideas? Fuse box did not get wet only passenger side with the 2 can bus boxes. I already replaced but no difference

Hello Boss, I got a question. I got a Mercedes and 350 and I disconnect the battery while I was replacing the headliner. It was disconnected 6 hours and when I put it back. It won’t and it’s like it does not has power Well, it isn’t second position doesn’t show the lights it show me something that says don’t forget your key does appear where the keys or when I open the door and then appear, and I can try to move the key whatever it would recognize

I just wanna say thank God and You for your knowledge. I’m working on a 2009 C300. It will start, I can move my shifter but will not give me the gear I’m selecting. obd 2 code U0101 came up; no Communication to TCM, I found water on the passenger’s side and saw that two connectors looked bad. Also I don’t have no reading for the gear on the dashboard. Will you please please help me with this puzzle

you have to check the ecu if you have any codes also see if you have fuel pressure ,try to spray start fluid to see if the car start running

hello , i changed the battery on 2008 c300 , for the sudden the car wont crank , all the lights on the dash comes on everything else works the key sucks in and make the noise but the car wont crank , please any help , i tried to check all the fuses and the relays all good but still the car wont crank ,
try to start the car from the wire that goes to the starter or see if there is power going to the starter from the fuse box {Sam module}
There could be several reasons why your 2008 C300 won't crank after changing the battery. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow to help diagnose the issue:
Double-check the battery connections: Ensure that the battery terminals are clean, tight, and correctly connected. The positive terminal should be connected to the positive post, and the negative terminal should be connected to the negative post.

U took a video that was supposed to be about fixing the car ,and turned it into a complete total 1-hour diagnostic. Seems to me you're still trying to figure out this whole thing yourself.pretending to have knowledge does not confiscate for all the money you will spend on a guy like him that doesn't have a computer to read the codes

My 2010 c300 won’t start or turn it even the sound when u insert the key. I have a question when having this problem with the water on the driver side, does your key still works to lock and unlock your vehicle or it doesn’t ?

I’m not sure if you figured out this problem already seeing as you posted this 12 days ago but the issue you were describing sounds like an ESL problem do you need to get a emulator which bypasses the steering lock in allows the key to function
