In general, how will individuals going to the CrossFit Open incorporate rucking, swimming, biking, longer running, etc training activities into their training plan between now and opens? With these additional training items, it seems like longer training days, more calories burnt, etc (not your plan, just in general)
If there was one person I would love to be trained by, it would be Kristi 100% She just seems so positive and knowledgeable!
