If the vehicle is in neutral, not chocked, parking brakes not set, and the ground is level the only actual hard part is getting the truck moving. Once it's moving, it's much easier to get it to speed up. Getting it to stop on the other hand.... yeah, better hope those brakes work. Once took part in pushing a flatbed cargo truck (10 ton capacity) with a dead battery so that it could be jump started, we had that thing up to a good sprinting speed of around 12-15 mph when the driver popped the clutch to get it started right before the uphill portion of the road started. Fun times.

I would guess its for getting close to the more dangerous of fires (electric car/lithium/ magnesium, and propane/natural gas) Looking at it it might would pull cars after the fact to clear a roadway
.... it had hoses connected to it and the Fire Truck. Prolly a portable hydrant made to get close, as you said. Which Is why it hooks up too the truck like that.

Basically if the highrise building looks unstable, they send this in before firefighters to get a better idea of how to proceed putting out the fire. I have been watching your videos for several months, now, and this is on a new level. I come from a family of firefighters and I would visit my Dad's station often, and I received the nickname, 'Question Man', when I was about 6, because of all the questions that I asked. Lol Had I found this controller I would definitely have picked it up and started playing with it. As soon as my mom pulled up I was out of the car and looking around the station, and as we all know, there are plenty of 'toys' in there. Yeah... My Dad would have to answer some interesting questions had I found this.
As one of the engineers who worked on that remote control(Hetronic), it makes me so happy to see someone actually have fun with our products. and seeing one out in the wild like this and not in another company promo is amazing

charged hose lines are heavy. also it has to withstand the force of a thousand GPM being yeeted out the nozzle
