Hi Jennifer 👋🏻 I love your channel… In Italy we have a similar recipe of the Beef Pot Pie, without the pie… the name of the recipe is Spezzatino: it’s a suop with diced beef, potatoes, carots and pees… in winter it’s a comfort food and delicious 😋
Jennifer - thank you for some wonderful dinner ideas. Love hearing your children in the background. It makes it so very real. Always look forward to your videos.
I’ve been going through your what’s for dinner videos to get some dinner ideas. I made the beef pot pie and it was a hit. Nothing was left! Thanks Jennifer please keep doing these kind of videos!
Always excellent ideas Jennifer! Every time I make on of your recipes my family raves. I also love hearing the sounds from your sweet children in the background. Lots of love! 💛🤗Robin
I’m inspired! Thank you. I love your dinner videos. And whichever child that was in the background saying “mommy I want a cookie” bless him and his cute little voice. 😍 Me too, I want a cookie!
Always so peaceful to watch your videos! How do you keep your peace and equilibrium during (political ) or any turbulent times? We can't just 'keep the storm' at bay when it blows open our front door metaphorically speaking. Is it just tuning out the outside world via prayer and focus on small daily tasks? Wld LV to see a video on this!
Hi Jennifer could you and hubby go in a little more detail on how to cook steaks on stove/oven marinate wise, oven temp etc. A little cold here for grill time and love steak! Thanks! Those steaks looked yummy!
Thank you for these wonderful ideas, dear Jennifer! Can't wait to try to make some of these for our family. Always love hearing your beloved children in the background - what joy they bring! (And laughs too - lol! ;) ) Thanks again, and God love you!
Would you kindly consider passing along where you get your beautiful (traditional looking) serving and dining dishes. Perhaps even a video? You inspired me to do so, and I found a lovely British castles set in red and white (my favorite colors) from Ross and Simmons. I am currently looking for a spring/summer set to match my house colors. Thank you for all the wonderful inspiration to live beautifully. 💕
These kind of videos are among my favorites. Several of your recipes have become family favorites (your creamed spinach and fried rice immediately come to mind. Oh, and those crescent pastries!) Thank you for all you do and for the reminder to stay calm and keep it classy in this week’s member video! 🌸
I just made the cheeseburger in a cup with keto friendly hamburger buns that were languishing in the freezer. I topped about the same as you. They were spectacular! I love to take recipes and make low carb/ keto, and this was great. I’m envisioning lots of different ways to fill. Tuna and chicken come to mind, Mexican and Italian seasonings. Thanks!
That all looks so good! Two tips to elevate the chicken legs and the beef stew/pot pie: add smoked paprika to your regular and it takes it to a whole new level! And even though your beef gravy sounds delicious, a splash of red cooking wine in the broth gives it an extra depth of flavor.
Thanks for the noise! Yesterday I saw your January clutter free video, and maybe 5 others, it was the first time I saw your videos. And I was impressed by the calm music and the messages in those videos. I must confess that make me sad and I envy you: my routines are chaotic, my hair is a mess, my kids very loud... I wish I could be like you and I'm not... But today I realized that I can have more peace and hapiness doing my chores but it doesn't have to be perfect all the time! I hope to learn more with you💚
All of these meals look so yummy! Can't wait to try them. I have already added your chicken picatta, clam chowder and potatoes au gratin into my recipe rotations and I'm excited to add a few more.
Jennifer, I hope you keep this going...I make my shopping list off these videos with a few change ups. Thank you so much! I always feel like I have some great box of food coming in the mail....wahoo for being ready. P.S. after organizing my kitchen from your last video...I am feeling very pro...lol. Have a great day, Linda
I'll be right over!! ;-) I can practically smell them from all the way across the country. What a good mommy you are, making food kids ACTUALLY like! Brava!
Your recipes are inspiring. I love easy to make dishes! Have you tried coating fish in crushed bbq potato chips then frying or baking them? So good, every time.
Wonderful ideas here! I’ve been looking for a different recipe for stew meat I have in the freezer so I’ll be trying the beef pot pie. Thank you for having the accompanying blog post! I rarely re-find recipes from RUclips. ❤️
I love you cooking videos best. You have such good selections - good balance or healthy vs tasty. I always feel ashamed though when I see how small your portions are.... 😌
Love the idea of cheeseburger cups! Yes, pickles make everything better! I saw a video not too long ago of someone making cheeseburger salad, and it was all the components of the cheeseburger, extra lettuce, minus the bun, and of course topped with dill pickle, and it looked amazing. I need to try that one too! :)
They all look wonderful! I made the Christmas morning pastries (a double batch 1/2 cherry, 1/2 peach) and they disappeared! Such a clever recipe! Thank you. ❄️
I always love your meals. All your china and serving pieces are so beautiful! I imagine your husband can't wait to get home for this wonderful dining! Does he usually ask ahead what's for dinner or do you surprise him?
Washing my sweet potatoes - by hand - today and laughing as I think back to when you accidentally washing your homegrown potatoes in the washing machine! 😂 Such a good laugh during these trying times!
Jennifer, adding olives to your soup is a creative idea that we will try soon. Burrito bowls are on our menu often; have you listed to the interesting Chipotle episode on How I Built This podcast? Julie 🌷
Jennifer, I'm pretty certain that I'm amongst your earliest followers. You've never disappointed, even from the very beginning...pregnant with yours and Ben's first daughter. I love The Daily Connoisseur, always have, and even more so year upon year. This post no exception. I'm just wanting to know if you've decided to post "exclusively" on your "You Tube" channel, henceforth? I knew you'd taken a two week hiatus from your blog, but that time has passed with no notifications of The Daily Connoisseur in my e-mail?
Thank you, Patricia! We have been having an issue with Feedburner, which delivers the emails. They are not being delivered for some reason. I have recalibrated it and let's hope they resume this week.
Have you ever seen people make hamburger salads? A bed of romaine lettuce, topped with ground beef and all the burger toppings, chopped. Ketchup and mustard as “dressing.” You might like that as an alternative too!
I'd just watched another video where the statement was that she liked to eat quality food, so I busted out loud when she pulls out the potato tots in this one.

This all looks delicious! I had to smile when you said your beef pot pie didn’t look that great- but it is rustic! Rustic adds that so chic element ♥️
I like how you add extra veggies in to your meals like spinach with the chipotle bowl and celery and carrot in the tortilla soup.... thx for sharing
I love your cutlery. It's hard to find handled cutlery that doesn fall apart!
Thank you for these great recipes. I made notes for what I will want to try!

Making the beef pot pie for dinner tomorrow (Sun.) night!
These are my favorite videos. Always so many great recipes nice to hear the little voices in the background, I miss those days
I love your recipes - please keep them coming. We had the crescent roll cream cheese tart over Christmas and it was a hit!
We made them too and it’s the best way I’ve made them since... so quick instead of rolling into crescent
Thank you! Yay!
I suggest some Dijon mustard for the beef stroganoff. Great flavor.
Those were terrific recipes that anyone could make and enjoy-thank-you for sharing. I think it’s time for a ‘Madame Chic’ recipe book!

@@TheDailyConnoisseur just saw your "second biggest enemy to homemakers" and love it!
Thankyou I have my little niece and nephew coming to stay next weekend and you gave me food for thought as I meal plan.

I'm obsessed with these videos. I'll definitely watch yours! 🤗
My mouth is watering now!
Your recipes are inspiring. I love easy to make dishes! Have you tried coating fish in crushed bbq potato chips then frying or baking them? So good, every time.

Yummy 🤤. The little cheeseburgers cups are cute 🍔
Wonderful ideas here! I’ve been looking for a different recipe for stew meat I have in the freezer so I’ll be trying the beef pot pie. Thank you for having the accompanying blog post! I rarely re-find recipes from RUclips. ❤️

I just saw on Instagram that Chipotle is now offering Cauliflower rice! I am so impressed and excited to try it!
That's exciting!
I ALWAYS enjoy these videos! Thank you Jennifer for sharing. ~Lorice
Thanks for the meal ideas, I definitely like to change it up from time to time. We don't eat meat but I can make some substitutions!

Peach sounds wonderful! I'll have to try that. Thank you!
Yes!!! I made those Christmas pastries too! We did raspberry and they were gone 😳 delicious!!
I always love your meals. All your china and serving pieces are so beautiful! I imagine your husband can't wait to get home for this wonderful dining! Does he usually ask ahead what's for dinner or do you surprise him?
He never asks, ha! :)
Liked video...sound is a little off for some reason (sounds muffled and distant).
I'm sorry there were issues with the sound. Thank you for watching!
Thank you! :)
Good morning happy housewife. Have a blessed day.
Where did you leave your fish recipe? it looked delicious!
It's just fried fish. Dredge in flour and salt, then egg, then breadcrumbs and then fry in oil... The recipe is on my blog. Thank you!
My favorite part of this video? "Mommy, I want cookie" ❤😊
Mine too! It made me laugh :)
Great ideas. If I cook a dinner that we like spicy, I will make it milder and those who want can add hot peppers from a grinder at the table
Yum!
Washing my sweet potatoes - by hand - today and laughing as I think back to when you accidentally washing your homegrown potatoes in the washing machine! 😂 Such a good laugh during these trying times!
Hi, Jennifer, What dishes and desserts do your daughters enjoy making with you? (Alliteration unplanned!)
Hehe... dishes, desserts, and daughters, oh my! ;)
Jennifer, adding olives to your soup is a creative idea that we will try soon. Burrito bowls are on our menu often; have you listed to the interesting Chipotle episode on How I Built This podcast? Julie 🌷
"Mommy, I want COOOOKIE!" LOL Love that!
Does your son have a British accent? So adorable when he said "mommy, I want cookies"!! 💞
Give that boy a cookie! Lol!

It should be available there. Thank you!
Great ideas! Could not hear most of the verbal content....very low & muffled...but it was not hard to follow visually! Thanks!
Have you ever seen people make hamburger salads? A bed of romaine lettuce, topped with ground beef and all the burger toppings, chopped. Ketchup and mustard as “dressing.” You might like that as an alternative too!
I have! That sounds good too!
my kids are all grown with kids of their own, but my husband and I call Chipotle at home, "homotle"...lol
😂😂
How cute, Brenda...Mark and I love it too.
Stealing "homotle" for my family!! xx!
💗💗💗
I'd just watched another video where the statement was that she liked to eat quality food, so I busted out loud when she pulls out the potato tots in this one.
You said tortilla soup in the video but it is listed as taco soup in comment
It's the same thing. Thank you!
