Hello! I had a question since I’m planning on moving to Thailand for possibly a year or two, I have a good monthly income from military disability so money isn’t a problem, but I’m only 25 and it sounds like you need to be older to get a more long term visa, do you have any advice for which visa I should purchase? I'm looking at moving over as well, even though my situation is a little different from yours. But I did look into different Visas, and for long term, the Elite Visa would be the one. Do you think people who move to Thailand, who haven't previously lived there get restless, so to speak, and then want to move elsewhere inside of Thailand? Bored? What are you thoughts on whatever you want to answer. Thank you. I have been listening to you for not month, yet, and I always find something I can use for information regarding everything Thailand. The $200-$500 condo rentals and extremely cheap train or bus or bolt type of traveling around the city, won't be anywhere near $1,000! Get a condo or apartment that has all of the amenities downstairs and a block or few close, and be willing to walk a couple of blocks, you should be fine.. If you have a income of $600-or more that's steady, be it a business, job, side hustles or retirement, social security, disability check, you should be fine providing you live reasonably sensible and not be a " keep the change" big shot! It's ok to tip for gratitude but never tip for egotude! If something cost $1.20 , and you give them $2.00 USD, that 80 cent in Thailand change, is a big tip! You do that type of keep the change" big shot" move every day, 24/7, it ads up to nearly half If not all of your rent in a 30-60 day range, multiplied by 12 months, your giving away too much! Be kind, be reasonably generous, not egotistical generous! Hey. In America if something cost $52, would you give them $100 and say "keep the change"? Hell no! Because if you do that in every transaction you will be broke and it's to no avail! Just to have someone smile and say thank you. You'd get that same smile and thank you for a very reasonable tip! In countries such as Thailand, Columbia, a 10 cent tip or 25 cent tip is like dollars in USD currency! Whewwwww, long ass comment right? Lol Point being, there is a video on RUclips of this nomad expat living in a very small studio apartment in the middle of all of the safe and fun action and amenities in Bangkok, for $100 per month! Google it or search on RUclips, plenty people are doing it. It's not the plush $200-$600 condos we see, but if you are retired and receive a check from ssi, SSDI, SDI, for at least $600 US, then you can make it very well in Thailand, where meals for the day may come out to $4-$8, non tourist meals and snacks at fair vendors. From what I'm discovering , $3 is a couple of of meals at the fair price places. Do a currency exchange search for the equivalent of small change of US change comes to in Thailand money. It's a truism, most people tip out of ego! And a fool and his money will soon part!

Good morning, sir! Happy Thanksgiving. I know you might get 10k DMs per day. Is there anyway to reserve your time? Do you do coaching calls or something of the like? Chat sessions etc. Looking for your advice about my travel and potential to extend stay in Thailand. (Not trying to be a nudge. Will repost once on IG.)
Do i need a Visa to go there for vacation?

Was it hard to learn the money in Thailand? How is the wifi? I am a news junkie. Can you get all the tv channels from the USA?
Did you find out the answers? These are good questions
@@TitusKingdom No! Could you supply answers? Was the language hard to learn?

Hi Isaiah, how are you doing my man? My names Andrew. Your I'm thinking about moving to Thailand in the future. I am ten minutes and twenty-four seconds into your video and have a question for you that may be personal. Why do you think, you moved around so much in Thailand? Phuket, you said you ventured to. Etetera. Why are you moving from Pattaya to Bangkok? Do you think about the quality of the air being a problem for yourself? Do you think people who move to Thailand, who haven't previously lived there get restless, so to speak, and then want to move elsewhere inside of Thailand? Bored? What are you thoughts on whatever you want to answer. Thank you. I have been listening to you for not month, yet, and I always find something I can use for information regarding everything Thailand. I am learning everyday. Thank you. Peace friends
Why did you move to Thailand from the US?
Can you lay out the visa/border run strategy that you have been using to stay in Thailand as long as you have?
Did he say that's what he was doing?
