I am reading all the positive comments on the house rebuild thank you guys I appreciate it! The house rebuild is fun and exciting for me. I do want to record and edit and show you guys the updates but the time and cost to create these isn’t cheap after spending 12hrs just on editing to make 80 bucks I can’t justify that instead of recording I could be working and saving myself time and money only way this whole YT works is if I get paid from ADs whenever you watch with Adblock or x2 speed it hurts the channel and creator. I am in no way blaming anyone for doing that but when I have to invest all my money into a project and have zero return, I can’t continue digging myself into that hole. With all that being said I’ll record and slap a video together here and there. Thank you again for understanding!

You are not going to see him again building the house. Got shut down by city inspector with no drawings and permit. He thinks renovating a house is like rebuilding a boat or car. Just like the Goonsquard trying to rebuild a helicopter. You can't. You have to be a certified helicopter mechanic. Yes, you can do work on your house if it's not structural, electrical, and plumbing. But NOT changing supporting beams.
Great job! Looking very good! Put something like a daylight from the sun in the wall above the kitchen. Or make something out of this huge space.
Good series, who did your engineering? Doesn't seem like you have any laterials or lifting loads considered but no details were shown in the video... maybe for a building code reason or not permitted? Did you reinforce your slab where the point loads came down?

I found your channel because of this house rebuild. I also see that you do car rebuilds too. Kinda have a Goonzquad motif going on. I like it! Keep giving updates! Just do a quick over view at the start of the video, do some time lapse and an end of episode update. Won’t take too much editing time to do all that.
hahaha million dollar cost. not newer. steel cost maximum 500-1000 $ and one men weldin someday cost 300-400$ and paint cost 20$ and mens install to place at roof, cost 300$ no newer can waste millino dollar this. or all beams have gold and diamond and titanium then cost half million.

I love the proces of the house.. So sad u are not posting any more about the house.. BTW: you compared the steel beams with wooden ones. We have covered our steel beams with wood and have hardly any difference with real wooden beams.

Thanks for sharing these videos. I understand if your thinking to ending the house build. We did learn a lot from this series. Most people would never think of using a steel beam in a house project. We like how you reinforced it for a larger opening

Ive been enjoying watching these vids, if you dont do major updates, please take video along the way so you can show the changes in a final video as opposed to a done house with no vids or pics of progress that had happened from now till then.
