    I like the goldfish at the end of the video, that would make for a great souvenir.
    A lot of conveyor belt sushi restaurants are actually now not real kaiten sushi restaurants anymore. Is this because of the incident several years ago, when stupid teenagers licked some sushi and put it back on the conveyor belt ? Or is it for other reasons (like economical reasons) ?

      The reason for not opening is
      that with a conveyor belt sushi restaurant,
      sales are the same whether they rotate the sushi or not.
      I think this is the most likely reason.
      If they rotate the sushi, it goes to waste. It also incurs extra costs.
      If sales would be the same whether they opened or not, they wouldn't rotate the sushi.
      I think that's the reason.
      This is just my own personal imagination.
