4:08 i would not classify Wasabi as horseradish even though they are from the same family. Real wasabi like you find in japan is far superior in taste to regular horseradish, and i can always tell the difference between real wasabi and horseradish dyed green like they do in the US sushi restaurants.

There are small soy sauce dishes, where you are supposed to place your soy sauce and then dip your individual sushi pieces into the small dish of soy sauce. Some people add their wasabi into their small soy sauce dish. You should watch some other conveyor belt sushi videos. ❤
For some reason, Sushiro doesn't have a soy sauce dish 🥹 so when you eat sushi at a conveyor belt sushi restaurant like this, you pour soy sauce directly onto the sushi! ☺️
Can you find out if they have a Digiro location in Fukuoka or Kumamoto? Their english website doesn’t say which locations have digiro or normal style. Thanks!
Thanks for looking! Right now there are no Dejiro stores in Fukuoka or Kumamoto. They are gradually opening more stores so I think they are preparing for that.
I must say it's really amazing. Interactive menu, games, a good selection of sushi and deserts and price is reasonable. Unlike what I have here, overpriced and tiny sushi with limited choices 😢

Masking tape is very popular in Japan!! It comes in many different patterns and is often used for wrapping. It is often less strong than regular tape, but you can still use it without any problems☺️
