That looks like a very cool and fun restaurant to dine at. I absolutely love sushi and trying new things, so this would be a total treat for me. Sadly, I will never have the chance to go, but I thoroughly enjoy watching your adventures there.

I love conveyor belt sushi. There used to be a Marinepolis Sushiland in a city nearby (Beaverton, Oregon, USA), but I heard that it has closed. I used to enjoy eating there.
I like conveyor belt sushi because it's so exciting!! ☺️ I've never been to Marinepolis Sushi Land, so I'd like to go, but it seems that some stores have closed due to management difficulties, which is a bit disappointing🥹

It's kind of like you get dinner and entertainment all in one! I also like that the food gets sent to directly to you so that there's less people breathing on it, haha!

I must say it's really amazing. Interactive menu, games, a good selection of sushi and deserts and price is reasonable. Unlike what I have here, overpriced and tiny sushi with limited choices 😢

Thanks for looking! Right now there are no Dejiro stores in Fukuoka or Kumamoto. They are gradually opening more stores so I think they are preparing for that.
is masking tape big in Japan? I always see it at like Japanese stores and there's all different colors and designs and such. Is it just used like regular clear tape?
Masking tape is very popular in Japan!! It comes in many different patterns and is often used for wrapping. It is often less strong than regular tape, but you can still use it without any problems☺️
I plan on visiting Japan sometime in the near future. My question is I'm not an expert with chopsticks. If I go to a sushi restaurant would it be offensive to eat sushi with my hands
There's absolutely nothing wrong with eating with your hands!! Etiquette-wise, it's fine to use either chopsticks or your hands! (I've even heard that sushi tastes better with your hands☺️) I hope you have a wonderful trip to Japan✨
