    You’re such a great storyteller ☺️

    I attempted freelancing in 2020 and failed - I've been addicted to video games for the past couple of years so this is very relatable. Sometimes you just need to see the lowest of the lows to wake up and your act together
    This is my second shot at it :)(PS: I love the "Hey Buddy" intros they're so original)

    Your honesty is refreshing, honest and absolutely what everyone who wants to be a freelancer (of any kind) must hear. Folks need to understand it's not just quick and easy. Yes, it can be very worthwhile, but the work, focus and determination has to be there.

      Thank you! It's a lot of hard work and it's certainly not for everyone, but I've found it to be rewarding.

    Thank you for being so open about your Journey. I'm late in the game and wanted to know where to go without buying the many books and workshops everyone now seems to have but your bubbly spirit is so convincing, I think I'll give it a shot.

    Being sober is by far the biggest accomplishment. Everything else falls into place after that! Congrats on the sobriety

    OMG My story has so much overlap with yours! (Sobriety has been really hard for me, but I'm working it!) I just haven't found success yet. Trying hard to find a niche and my goal initially is just to make 200 a week side hustle doing blog posts. PS I love your vibe and your channel!

    Colleen! I loved watching this. I'm just starting to figure out how to make money writing. I have similar passion. Not sure my niche. Deep, thought provoking writing... curriculum writing... the voice, music, spirituality, healing... I have many interests. LOL. The similarities here are incredible. I'm about to go back home to Idaho. Thanks for the inspiration. This has been the most helpful video yet.

    Major Harriet the Spy fan here, too - I have read that book yearly since I was 12. I feel like it's kind of an exclusive club. People that get Harriet just are on a different level; I'm sure you know what I mean. Thank you for sharing your story. I'm older than you, and my life has also had many different twists and turns, and I'm starting over with freelancing -- again. I really needed your inspiration today. Peace to you, Colleen, thanks!

    Thank you for sharing your story. I'm very inspired and trying to get some experience in being a content/copy writer. I'm a uni student and I realize I really want to be my own boss one day. I got an internship to write some blogs. I hope I can manage to become a freelancer once I get more confident in what I am doing! Honestly I wouldn't have looked into getting an internship without running into to your tik tok videos. I've always wanted to write for a living

    Can I earn money by publishing story,novel,and poem I like writing and I had a lot stories and poem but I dont if it can help me earn money? I mean I like people to read my stories but it's still different if I can earn something on it.... Can I be a freelancer with this skill?

    • @colleenwelsch_
      @colleenwelsch_  Год назад +2

      People DO make money by publishing their creative writing, but I don't know that much about it. Maybe look into self-publishing or submitting to writing competitions?
