I genuinely thought you were going to show what insertion is like through a hole that small and got happy to see a representation with what could be equated to a not relaxed vagina. All models I see used online are the ones where the opening is the size if not almost of the vaginal passage and it doesn't help me :))
This is super helpful - thank you - I just used it yesterday - my problem was I wasn’t sure if it was sitting on my pelvic bone - do you feel the pelvic bone? I just kind of pushed it until I couldn’t push it any more?
I have not had a great experience with the cup as they are difficult to insert won't pop open, horrible to remove, is the disc easier does anyone know please?
it may not be the right size or it may be not creating a good enough suction. Sometimes you can spin it or slightly pull on it to create a better lock. WWW.putacupinit.com is what I've heard as a great resource.
Plz help me decide which would be best disc for high cervix cora or nixit disc? For the menstrual cup i always had to push it out first then find it and pull it… im so worried with the disc they may disappear inside me or i cant reach enough to pull it out… plz help
Cups don't disappear, they have a stop on your cervix, you can squat and push gently to reach it, you can try the hello disc as well, it has a string for easy reach
i have high cervix and got the cora disc first. very easy to put it in and super comfortable, feels nothing but i just couldn't get it out, had to pretend to poop to push it out. then i bought hello disc, it's easy to put in, feels comfortable too but i can feel the ring. besides feeling the existence of the ring (it's not that bad doesn't bother me much), hello disc works great easy to pull out i'm all good!
The squatting method worked so much better, thank you!!!

The difference where is that our body does accommodate to the cup and can hold it in but my model isn’t mobile!
*me frustrated because I don’t know if it’s actually In right or not*

But how do I KNOW if it’s in right? I feel like I can feel it wanting to come out but I feel like I can’t push it up anymore
It should catch behind your bone. You may need a different size or width. Www.putacupinit.com is helpful for that
No matter what I try they leak. It always pops out from my pelvic bone. I wish they made them a lil smaller.
Other brands are smaller. June has a reusable disk that is a lot smaller around.
Also some jobs don’t really allow you to go to the bathroom as much
Mine doesn't want to go in unless I put lube on it. But when I put lube on it, It twists while inserting it in because I barely have a grab on it.
You may just try to put it on the back and front or just the edge so you can still guide it in on the cup portion.
You didn’t even show how to insert it.
But mine doesn’t go behind pubic bone , it keeps popping out 😭
I have used the soft cup and I loved that one have you tired the Cora disc ?

I also had a really hard time with the cups. The disk is a lot easier for me to use. I just need to figure out how to insert it correctly
Mine leaks?? I’m so confused to why? I’m putting it in right. My flow isn’t to heavy for it at all..so idk 🤷🏻♀️
