Yeah dont buy this shit., I bought cups for 80 dollars and have been at it for a YEAR, Ive been to see the OBGYN in an emergency visit bc the cup go stuck and wouldnt come out, I bleed outside since they wont open bc apparently you need a supersize me vagina, they hurt like HELL itself and are impossible to remove, Ive never been in such pain and cried so much as whgen trying this. Let me know u that non eco friendly pads, contain alot of toxin chemicals which harm one's pubic area an it's proved that it can even cause cancer, and also it takes lots and lots of years for that pad to be decompose in soil, but if u use eco friendly and toxin chemical free pads then it's fine😊

@@Vixinaful See, everything is waste in some or the otherway considering plastic and other material stuffs, some pads like banana fibre pads are eco friendly, and cloth pads are reusable, they are more easy to get recycled. Pestalotiopsis, the fungus you're talking about, by the time it's implemented to us, till then we would use tons and tons of plastic material world wide... although its your opinion and your choice, I kept mine.

I really hated them, To go through that problem aswell while in extreme pain and dealing wiyth mood changes during the whole ordeal is too much, I caved but tried for 2 years.

It's really comfortable once you use it more, it's only really uncomfortable on the practice stages. I only switched to this just because pads no matter how long, it will still leak and it feels uncomfortable to move feeling the pad there
It helps you keep wide. Remember not to jump too much because it will dislodge and spill contents 😅

I had heavy painful periods I ended up with what we thought were uterine fibroids and I had to have a hysterectomy. The biopsy showed I had uterine leiomyosarcoma an agressive cancer. If your periods are heavy enough you have to wear a diaper get checked for cancer. It could save your life.

Clean my cup before I leave my home I have less worries. If I’m rushing I have inserted at the wrong angle that may have caused cramping but I just redo it and I’m good to go. I also like saving money and not having to worry about running out of pads and NO night leaks on the bed that happens when you wear pads. Thank you lord. And my cups fairly reasonably off of Amazon. $34 and I brought it in 2021. I went camping with this thing. But I did have access to a restroom but I left no trace of a cycle behind. Nice really discreet.

мне кажется, это не гигиенично. Руками залезать в кровь! Под ногтями и на коже полно инфекций. Врачи перед операцией 10 минут намыливают руки, трут щеткой под ногтями, всегда стригут ногти коротко, и даже после таких манипуляций работают с кровью в перчатках. А тут предлагают каждый день залезать в свою вагину руками. Причем часто придется менять или поправлять чашку в походных условиях, зайдя в какой-нибудь туалет кафетерия. это не нормально.
И я не верю, что такой силикон не пережимает сосуды, когда долго сидишь с этой чашей в своей вагине. Пережимает и ежемесячно, в течении нескольких дней, происходит застой крови вокруг вагины. Ничего хорошего.

Чаша силиконовая, она точно прижимает капилляры, просто потому что это не часть тела, она не сдвигается, как собственное мясо. И мы, по сути, наваливаемся всем телом на чашу, всеми килограммами мяса над чашей. Неудивительно, что сидя, мы прижимаем капилляры вокруг чаши, особенно под ней.

@sandyanderson3275 I'm nearing the end of my journey with all of this, but I would definitely recommend these for women who still have years left. You have to research to find what works for you. I like the ones from Whole Foods best. They're softer than the Diva Cup to me. My one tip is to always rinse in cold water before cleaning it with warm water.

You should use your finger to check a bone inside. insert a folded side opposite to bone side.

Most just ignored me and prescribed extra strength Tylenol... which doesn't help at all. It was through my own research that I discovered I was high risk for developing endo. Not one doctor warned me 😭 thankful for the internet. I manage through better diet and it's gotten better but basically, I've given up.

I dunno but I've worn a cup for a while, as long as u get it to suction, then ur good it also helps to dry off the cup once u clean it, because if it's all wet and slippery then it's not likely to suction
You spotted it. It’s just another way to insert the cup if you’re having trouble getting it open. Some people find that having the rim open toward the tailbone makes it open easier

There are many websites that will willingly help you with the selection process. The best part is, unlike tampons you can practice with a cup any time, you don’t have to wait until the one week of the month!
