    That’s so true Chelsea we should be teaching our kids from very little LOA I’m glad you taught your son. You inspire me this is why I watch your videos even when it doesn’t resonate it’s not always my reading because there just too many Aries tuning in of course but you’ll give good advice and messages that I need to hear many of times thank you love take care❤

      Maybe they wanna scare you to depend on doctors and not a cheap vitamin.. did you trust COVID /government/vaccines.. okay let me more attentive in or choices

    Nice Video but I have a suggestion for the Doctor.
    He should recommend how much Vitamin D3 he takes, same with Omega 3. Plus, what probiotic does he recommend.
    Wish he would give more details.
    Plus, I was surprised he doesn't mention taking K2 with the D3.

      I think K2 is needed when you take calcium and D3 at the same time.

    I also take these every day . Plus vegetables and fruit.1 spoonful of olive oil in the morning. I have learned a lot since following you Dr.Li.! Regards ❤

      If Dr. Lee cured his eyesight and told the world how he did it, it would be a sensation. I also take olive oil in the morning and flaxseed oil in the afternoon, but that’s not my secret. The secret of MY youth is in certain energy practices. I’m already 60, and according to physiological tests I’m 25-30.

    1st two I agree, Probiotics I am not so sure maybe tentative, ie on and off(*) to supplement your gut health.
    * ie Finish 1 bottle and then lay off for a while and take again after some time.

      Probiotics from dairy kefir, especially home fermented, is the supreme source of probiotics containing far more in both number & varieties of beneficial probiotic bacteria and yeasts & can be taken without pause as have been for thousands of years in traditional cultures.

    What is this probiotic supplement you talk about? Please be specific so that I know exactly which one to take. Thank you. I eat plenty of wild salmon to bet my omega 3 and I take vitamin D. However I’m not aware of a supplement for probiotic, so please advise.

    Do you need to check the vitamin D levels as its not soluble and can excess levels can have syptoms of nausea, dizziness?

      @@healthlonglife I understand, above all he is a great doctor, but here is the point, it talks about fish in cans and as far as I know they are not quite supplements unless american "health care" system "naturalized" fish in cans as "supplement", today everything is possible in the new woke ideology......

      @@healthlonglife I just saw this again by accident because someone liked it and noticed that my reply was deleted, either by you or youtube, there was nothing negative in my reply or non respectful, contrary, I believe that doctor Li is amazing and one of the top doctors in the world, I just mentioned that he talks about canned fish and that is not supplement too, but it still was deleted. That's why I regard today media as 100% fake fraud and deceit. It cancels our opinions out.
