    When will charge 6 come?

      Thanks for your interest. We don't have news to share right now about the release of the JBL Charge 6 and the latest release that we had for our JBL Charge model is our JBL Charge 5 Wi-Fi.     Why is there no LFM mode in the latest portable speakers?

      All our JBL portable speakers have no LFM (Low-Frequency Mode). Any button combination that may change the audio quality of the speaker can damage the unit and voids the warranty. You may use our JBL Portables App should you prefer to adjust the EQ settings of your speaker.

      @@jbl Even though it could damage the speaker, it was a very good feature. I wish it was included in the new models.

    I just got live pro 2 but when i connect it to my ipad it says connected and audio is on with no problem but jbl app doesnt recognize it and says no product added,i even reset the the pods too still doesnt recognize it, can you help plz? Tnx

      Hi Ahmad, we're here to help with your JBL Live pro 2. Please uninstall the JBL Headphones app from your device and then reinstall it. Once complete, reconnect your JBL Live Pro 2 TWS earbuds to your device and open the app again. The earbuds should be automatically recognized. If this does not resolve the issue please contact our customer support.

      @@jbl after i commented i tried one more time and recognized it but now show airpod but cannot select it and it says we cant find your headphones

      Hi Ahmad. We're here to help with your JBL Live Pro 2 TWS. Please try connecting the unit to a different device and see if the issue remains. We also recommend doing a factory reset. To do this, remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices. Then, tap one of the earbuds twice and hold it for 5 seconds on the third tap. Put the earbuds back in the case to complete the reset. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

    What does it matter when battery will die in few months...

      Hi Slabo, thanks for your feedback. To extend the battery life of your JBL, avoid overcharging, use moderate volume levels, turn off the speaker/headphones when not in use, and store them in a cool, dry place.
