You can't play warzone splitscreen. The only section of the game that you can play with another person on the same console is multiplayer

Unfortunately COD 2019 doesn't have the option to do split screen for Co-op. The only way to do split screen is multiplayer

This should work as long as you have all the data downloaded for the campaign
Co-ops can't be played in split screen. Multiplayer is the only mode available using split screen

Once you're on the main multiplayer screen, look for the 'local match/private match' button. Usually towards the bottom of the screen
It was annoying trying to look for that option
