The guy on the Silvia was right, in the northern part of Portugal you will find crazy pretrol heads!! I seen at least 2 Portuguese vw plus the Silvia 1500+ km trip you get the idea

As I see a Blue Ford Fiesta ST drive by in these videos, I am wondering to my self - 1: Why haven't Marty & Moog tuned one of these? 2: Why did I sell my Blue Fiesta ST with Mountune upgrades? I still miss that car, such a great nugget and exciting to drive with a little more HP. My Golf GTI is a good car, but no where near as fun as the Fiesta.
Owner of this one here : I said I will never sell it, eventually put it "in a barn" for my daughter (also in the video). It's the closest thing I have found to my old 90/2000 Civics. I owned Golf & Cupra with more than 3xx hp but none of them brought me as much joy as this little thing. This one have some track mods and no electronics at all (beside abs), so driving this is very old school... like me ! 😁

If you do ever get to Portugal, check out the roads round Amexial, perfect road surface, with huge snaking sweeping elevation changes. Before Topgear find it. Brilliant for dirt bikes too, with 100s of Km's of Cork forest trails.

I've still got my first car, '88 corolla sedan in white 150,000km. Needs a head gasket and is parked up but my mum wont get off my back about selling it, she just doesn't understand haha. Also I'm 33 which somehow makes it feel worse.
