You can put any foot forward when you serving. It can be racket foot or the other or two feet side by side. It is your choice. Lee

Backhand and service is not difficult skills. Please view the backhand related clips and learn the key skills and also there is service related clips, please have look. You can improve very soon. But you must have two things. First you must believe your self to master the skill and second be positive if you faild 100 time and be happy to go for 101 times. I am 100% sure you will have the beatiuful backhand shots. Lee

How about the foot at the front? Isn't it the racket foot and not the weak side foot?

Mr Lee officially how many breaks can a player take during one game and of how many minutes? Like if we need to slow down the racing heart a bit, a break is a good idea. Thanks

Hello James, there is no fixed time saying how many mun you can break. It is depending on situation and the umpire will make decision, it is kind of common sense. If you try to rest to often and too long due your lack of fitness then umpire will demnd you to play. But when umpire sees that both players had such long rallies and he may allow bit longer then normal break. Officially you only break at 11th point and after a game finishes. Lee

Thank you Lee, my badminton has already started to improve, after watching your videos :) Now i dont hit back all the out going shots, but now training my mind to relax and make decisions if the shuttle will land outside the back line, while the shuttle is coming at full speed .. Thank you Sir.
