Well I said I was committing this year and I meant it. Got next week's video going already it's actually a og xbox video for once an edited one at that! Merry Christmas yo you also.
You played and completed some amazing games this year. I myself played over 30 games this year and I managed to complete 24 of them. My goal for 2025 is to beat more games than I did this year. Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine 2 was definitely my Game of the Year. I really enjoyed the campaign and I'm planning to play through it again next year at some point. I hope that we will receive a Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine 3 in the future. I watched a buddy Stream that Princess Peach Showtime game and it just didn't seem fun or interesting after the first 30 minutes. I have no plans to ever buy it or play it. I agree with you that it's one of the worst games they've ever released. I want to buy that Paper Mario Thousand Year Door for my Switch next year. I loved the original version and I know I will enjoy it again on the Switch.
Seemed like every time i'd watch one of you vids you were like i beat this this and this. So I'm surprised to see you only did about as many as me. Basically we both did 2 a month or so. I like space marines 2 a good bit. I'd for sure buy a # 3. Princess peach showtime really is just awful. Switch version of thousand year door is way nicer.
A true gamer!! I need to get around to playing the new Nintendo releases, I would like to play Echos of Wisdom. I'm probably forgetting a few but here's my list of beaten games this year, mostly just cheap retro games I pick up from my local store, lol. High on Life - PC Rugrats Search for Reptar - PS1 Area 51 - PS2 Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time - N64 007: Goldeneye - N64 007: The world is not enough - PS1 Glover - N64 (My save corrupted 80% through and had to re-beat, lol) Razor Freestyle Scooter - PS1
I really enjoyed echos of wisdom. The art style and design of the world is really beautiful. Mostly just older stuff nice. I gotta get around to playing more older stuff i somehow just stay on the new systems.
I'm playing through Astro Bot right now, great game. Lots of fun, not too many games like it anymore. I do kinda wish it had a VR mode, as the Astro Bot VR game was one of the best VR experiences I had and the PS5 game is very similar. If they add a VR mode later it might convince me to get the PS VR 2.
Yes I was super dissapointed that wasn't in the game. It is one of the best vr games ever the first one. Sadly they've kinda given up on psvr2 quietly I think.
That would be cool, I’ve been working on my physical VR collection. That stuff isn’t crazy popular & the support seems to be pretty light. Probably smart to collect these games now.
@DatGameCollector I didn't buy it i knew I wouldn't like it. Idk why devs feel the need to reinvent the wheel sometimes. They should have done something similar to the DS game. Now that was a great game.
After finishing Nier: Automata, did you try playing it again? If not, then you're not getting the full experience. Try starting a new game if you haven't. I don't want to spoil anything, but you really need to do that.
Did you really play till the true ending of Automata to have this bad of a take? Though I suppose it's been long enough since the game came out to where you won't really receive a lot of backlash for it lol. The true ending of Automata is one of the best endings I've ever experienced gaming in my 37 years on this earth so far.
@@DatGameCollector think of them like chapters not endings. There are 3 chapters, you just completed the first chapter, so now you continue to the 2nd. The 2nd playthrough is the only repetitive one, as you play from a different perspective through similar missions, with 70ish percent being the same missions, but the 3rd one is completely different. There are multiple endings, but the main ones are a-e, and so far you have only seen ending a. You get b in the 2nd playthrough and either c or d in the 3rd depending on your choice in the last fight. After that you unlock chapter select, so you can reload the last fight to get the ending you missed, and then the last real ending, e, gets unlocked, which is the final one. Getting b-e takes about the same time it took you to get a, maybe a little more. After that the other endings, since they are technically 26, are just joke endings if you fail throughout the game or do really specific steps, but there aren't cannon, so they don't really count. You should continue to get the full experience that makes everyone say it is a masterpiece, although 2nd play through is repetitive, so I might wait until you want to actually replay it and then move on to the new content. You could also just rush through the 2nd is you want, either ways I hope all this makes sense ❤
Na bo6 is better than Cold War in every way I don’t think you need understand what you are talking about look at the reviews and opinions from everyone with a working brain this game is the best cod campaign in a long time
I’ll buy it when Bo6 is on discount. I don’t give them full $ anymore just to play their campaign. Got tired of the online portion. Might be a few years lol
DGC Fans eating good these holidays!!! Merry Christmas fellow Marylander! Hope you have a great one this year! Keep up the awesome videos!!!

Awesome games you've completed Alex!😊
Wow! Didn't realize those CODs had weird campaigns like that. Good Gaming Alex! I need too get ps5 to play Stellerblade and Astrobot.
AND last of us part 2 :)
Hey man I’ve enjoyed your content all year. Merry Christmas to you! 🎅🏻
Thanks man, merry Christmas to you as well.

GG on all the games you beat this year.
Thanks, not as many as i had wanted to finish. Aiming for 25 this year. Feel better to reach the goal then set it too high and not reach it.
Glad to hear how you like Peach Showtime lol 😅
I really wanted too. Did you?
@DatGameCollector I didn't buy it i knew I wouldn't like it. Idk why devs feel the need to reinvent the wheel sometimes. They should have done something similar to the DS game. Now that was a great game.
@mannaman00 omg smash hit. Hell even just a remaster. It's been 20 years so that wouldn't even be anything anyone could complain about.
Agree with you 100% on Nier Replicant. Enjoyed it much more than Automata.
Both great but yea Replicant is better it's just more fleshed out is what I meant to say. Automata seems rushed now that I played it or cut content.
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is my GOTY👌🏻
Really I gotta be honest i kinda hate it. For me it's very slow and clunky. I'm sure the story is good but the gameplay is boring.
I just got my Mass Effect Trilogy xbox 360 video game out of the mailbox
Man what a trilogy that is. I wish that team was still together. Ea really has a bad tendency to destroy good teams.
great list. Nier Replicant is awesome
Yea it was good.

I'm playing MaxPayne 3 xbox 360 video game
Really good game that one. That came out right when I got into pc gaming had a ton of fun with that one.

So how does that work? I played it once got my ending and was done. Does it count the times you play it some how?

I wonder how many trophies you achieved In 2024
That is a good question I don't know the answer too.
BOTW and TOTK are definitely not Zelda games and are horrible.
i wouldnt say all that. i do like them however its not traditional zelda.
Na bo6 is better than Cold War in every way I don’t think you need understand what you are talking about look at the reviews and opinions from everyone with a working brain this game is the best cod campaign in a long time
Okay maybe I'll finish it and change my mind.
