It is such a relief to wach the program without the blasting music like it used to be on the American version. Love to see Victoria work her magic in peace.
Simple, if the owner responded once or twice to the dog's demand when he barked, then he will probably keep barking because he gets what he wants. We, humans, are the ones that accidentally reward behaviors we don't like because we think it's gonna stop. Big mistake, guess what: it doesn't stop, it increases, dogs learn all the time, even the bad things are learnt
Have the people turn their backs to your dog with hands/arms crossed. Turn away basically. That way the person is boring. When dog is settled then person can greet. Gotta keep turning the back and crossed arms/hands in front though. Another tip is to remove your dog completely to a different room. Wait a few minutes and then bring back. If jumps, remove again to another room like bed room. Wait a few minutes until calm. Bring back. If jumps again take out of room. Eventually your dog will see that hey I am being removed if I jump. It might take a lot of tries but your dog will eventually get it
@@irenestrmnss4331 I've always let my dogs meet all other dogs. At the beach , in a dog park, in spaces that are safe. I'll always have there back if something goes wrong though. At the moment I've a 60kg dog .... He just meet his cousin ( 1pound cross poodle mix ) for the first time today. My dog was absolutely fine around her. I do make sure he knows who is boss, and that's Me 🤣

Big or small it's not acceptable.
Humans allow bad behaviour.
Dogs dont need to greet all dogs. Find few safe friends. I dont let my small dog play with big ones.
