Ngkaroon ako ng ilang inerviews sa ibang VA agencies na condescending ang mga HR, yung isa pa di nagbukas ng webcam ako lang pinabukas ng cam - very unprofessional. Ano ako isda sa aquarium, tititigan nya kung may mata at ilong din haha
Your interviewer really gave you the time unlike sa iba na ngmamadali na at may iba pa daw na iinterbyuhin.

Thank you for sharing your experience! Hindi ko nga lang nagustuhan yung process nila dyan at ramdam ko na may favoritism sila. Imagine designing an outstanding Canva activity and creating a WordPress site pero ang nakuha yung mga maiingay, blank ang site, at not presentable na activities. Pasado naman sa lahat ng major exams nila pero hindi pa rin nakuha. Ang weird ng process nila, hindi makatarungan.

as a talent acquisition staff, never ever ask the interviewer if you're unsure with your answer. and never stutter coz it sounds like you're not confident enough in dealing with your future customers. and please refrain from using actually as it is informal
yes. I know. Every aspiring applicant knows it. During an interview, no matter how prepared you are, there are always instances of stutter, to speak informally and many worse things happened but as long as you know what you're talking about there's no problem with it. As for me, it's all right to stutter, we're all humans here. stuttering makes genuine answers. Thank you for the key hints, Jonas! Appreciate it much.

Yeah. I would say pasado na ako dun kasi nakapag sign na ako ng contract something. Also, last day of training oo na sana kaso nanalanta na si ts odette. Ayun di nako nakapag continue. Sigi gawa nalang siguro ako ng another video para ma share ko din yung experiences. I need to collect first all the things I've learned. Thank you😃
May client ka na po ba right after mo matapos ang training? Or if not, how long did it took you to get one?

Hi. It depends on the volume of applicants. Also, they will be reviewing your submitted resume pa and if your qualifications meet their requirements, they will be sending you an email with further instructions. Please wait a litlle longer. You may also check the status of your application on their Recruitment Portal po. Thank you😊

Hi, my Initial interview is on july 16th, pero nagdadalawang isip ako if i will continue cause di ko na meet yung 2 of the system requirements, #1. internet service (prepaid/wireless lng gamit ko instead of dsl/wired) and #2. windows 11 laptop ko instead of windows 10. Any suggestion/opinion po maam? salamat po sa pagsagot
P.S. i don't have webcam also pero ang sabi sa free training nila before ok lng gumamit ng Iruin app as third party app ok lng po ba yun? salamat po ulit sa pagsagot.
well, there's no harm in trying po. hehe Hindi pa yansila strict basta for initial interview ka pa maam. They would require you these requirements you've mentioned above kung pasok at tapos ka ng mag training sa kanila. Try mo lang maam for experience, who knows baka makapasok ka talaga. good poin tyun hehe sana makatulong😀

Hi there! Ahm you just need to check your email registered with them po. From time to time check mo kasi talagang marami silang i sesend sa iyo mga instructiins madalas. So basahin at sundin mo lang po ang mga guidelines nila para hindi ka mawala heheh minsan nakakalito talaga lalo na kung bago pa tayo sa platform or kahit sa niche nayin. Kaya mo yan💪 fighting lang

Yes po. They would require you to provide COE, especially to those who have a current job or recently quit. Also, they accept full-time and part-time jobs.

of course, prepare youself with possible answers in every question. you can practice answering the questions na tinanong sa akin sa video. pero mostly basta initial interview more on specs ng pc mo. also, prepare mo lang yung available na pwedi mong magamit lalo kung may emergency.. plan b ba. sa exam nila nakalimutan ko kung ano yun. pero grammar ata yun. pag pumasa ka kasi proceed kana sa training. During training, you have to listen and focus on the training or sa trainer mo mismo kasi after ng discussion may pa quiz si trainer. need mo ipasa yun para mo proceed ka sa final

Hi maam. Wait lang ka maam mga 2-3 days mag email sila sayo. Mostly right after interview is ipapaalam sayo if you pass. Ganon nangyati sa akin maam. Pray lang maam🙏
Hi Maam I just received their email informing me that I did not pass😂 feeling ko intended talaga na hindi ako e pass HS grad lang kasi ako, the interview was so smooth, kaya pala 7 minutes lang tapos na interview, bigyan lang ata extra trabaho yung talent acquisition nila.

Hourly rate po varies depending on a current position. GVA is 3$ and EVA is 4$ back then. Idk now
Is it really important to indicate a Job in the application process?
Yes po para alam nila kung ano ina applayan mo. Tsaka okay lang din yun kasi ire reprofile ka naman nila😊

Hi Sharmel! Need mo lang sa pag apply is resume, Skype ID, working camera, and noise-canceling feature na headset. Kung wala ka pa nung headset, you can use your earphones, but that would only be allowed during the initial interview. Once passed in the initial interview, they will provide you a series of lists to complete before the training.

Yun yung mga gamit mo sa bahay like pc, backup power supply, internet, etc. Need mo i register yung mga gagamitin mo sa work. May i sisend lang sila sayo na link if you passesd all the ring process. Fighting😊

basta naka intel core i3 ka at may 4-8bytes and memory. payts na yan. good to go kana.
pero try mo lang gamitin ang meron ka for now kasi baka goods naman. ichecheck pa kasi nila nyan. and tehy will give advisse naman po.
