great trail, don’t recommend running it alone though or late in the day if you’re alone. we did the south portion in a mildly lifted sequoia and it was definitely more technical than broken arrow
I’m not looking for a challenge, just something that the normal crowd can’t access . I’ve got a stock Lexus gx 470 that I took up schnebly. It handles that no problems, so this looks doable
I love how even the "dirt" roads are beautiful red rocks. Those views are incredible! That's amazing to be able to see Native American ruins on such a comparatively easy road. Thanks for including the contact information to make a reservation to see those sites. Is that so a ranger can be there to give you a tour, or is it to unlock a gated access road, or just so they know to expect visitors?
The rangers stay at the site like a camp host, they just close and lock the access road (the cattle guard shot in the video is from the Paltaki site. The reservation is to control group size. They have a small visitor center and they tell you where to hike and other rangers are there to tell you about the site and ensure they are protected.
Did the Outlaw trail in a Rubicon it was pretty tame, the Diamond Back Gulch was nuts
I need to get back and try that one out.

Will definitely add this trail to our Sedona list. Thanks for sharing.

Love to hear your thoughts on the trail!
Is there a sign for this trail off 89A?

Yup, at the time we crossed it was very doable in a stock GX. This is assuming it hasn't washed out. Great trail!!
