12 months later and after using this chair every day for approx 6 hours a day, I am very pleased with how it still looks and feels. The materials are looking just as good as the day I bought it.
I just mounted my yellow Ak Racing Overture and I exactly the same issues while mouting it with the screws and the holes... It wasn't easy... i came here to see how to put the pillows. I wanted it tighter and it wasn't so I'll try this. Tomorrow. Today I 'm.too tired from.the effort. Heavy chair, huge feet. Overall, looks very durable.

You've put the neck pillow on wrong. The strap doesn't go around the back of the chair, you're supposed to pull the strap through the two holes and use the plastic thing to keep them on the back side.

Mine just arrived today, same model and color as yours. But I had a little problem with the screws on the sides, as shown at 4:20. The right side went well (I did it first), but I had to force a bit the left side plate so the screws would fit to the chair. I think it's the same issue you had. Also the plastic covers of mine are a bit different, but they add some pressure to the PU as well. One thing I found strange is the metal noise coming from the wheels, but only when we're moving.

I will be getting this chair in about a week so I have a question about the comfort level. How is the sitting padding? Is it soft enough to feel comfortable in long sitting hours? Please tell me your overall view on this chair after usage.
Hi Seung, I'm glad you found the video helpful. I have been using this chair now for 6 months and I have no complaints. The padding is very supportive and I sit for several hours in each gaming or video editing session without any discomfort. There are no signs of wear and tear of the chair materials and it gets used every day. The only thing I would change if I were to replace this chair, is that I would get the model that also has the tilting mechanism for that extra choice in positioning, which I would probably use when watching marathon RUclips sessions. my package didnt come with that plastic piece to kep the belts together (I bought my chair years ago though) and ... i don't know where to get that piece now? my headrest had always been annoying me

No issues. I had it for almost 2 years. Also, at some point, one of my arm rest starting cracking, but since my chair was under warranty, AKRacing replaced it without any issue.

Maybe they put the piece in later models because people complained about the headrest?

I need help my chair is like rocking all around like crazy and idk what's wrong I just got it second hand

Hi Martin, the chair base and the wheels stay together once it is all assembled, so you can lift the chair up if you need to.

how is the chair holding up, does it peel in any way, and do the cushions get flat in any way?
It's holding up great, the cushions are not flattened and then chair material is still looking as good as new.

Okay the pillow part is the part I was having issues with. These stupid instructions were completely useless.
