Hi guys, I wanted to make a multi-video series just going into detail each type of meal I make every day. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks. Zack and I are very much mono-eaters; we eat close to the same thing every day for breakfast and lunch. So anyways this video is very mellow and chill. I kept all the sounds in the video to make it more of a unique experience. So grab a cup of coffee, sit back and I hope you enjoy it.

I’m not normally a fan of what I eat in a day videos because 90% of the time they’re skewed a little or self serving; but yours I love! Really down to earth and calm and genuine. Beating the eggs with a little milk before scrambling in the pan works wonders! I can't have eggs without milk now. Sometimes even use Almond or Soy milk for a sweeter taste.

May try the GR scrambled eggs. Avocado toast is always a fine thing- esp with thinly sliced radishes and some seeds, chili flakes and drizzle of sesame oil. (It is true that to grill the toast is a far better idea than just toasting it!) Sounds like a great weekend breakfast.

Love how healthy your breakfast is. Ours are more of a lunch-y food. Wanna practice that kind of breakfast but I am not that sure as I may starve after few hours. Anyway, love your kitchen!

And it's such a sweet surprise that Zack likes Chai. I am an Indian so I am born with a deep seated love for Chai. I make mine on stove top by brewing tea leaves in milk. I know it's not very healthy but that is how I love it. And a girl needs her tannins!

Hi Bethany! The trick for having a pan that doesn't stick is to have a small pan specifically for eggs only. Do not cook meat in it. Hand wash the pan and hand dry. This will help your pan stay like new for a very long time. 🥰 Your hair is so much longer now compared to this video! Love your long hair. XOXO

Very relaxed, and looked very yummy! The dark green layer of avocado next to the skin is actually where all the antioxidants are, a shame to waste it. Looked a really nice breakfast though 😄

BTW if you place the avocado in a plastic bag with a ripe banana, the ethylene gas from the banana will help to ripen the avocado much faster. I use this trick all the time.
I know the tazo chai tastes good but its not healthy on the daily with its high sugar content, real chai tea bags have a lot of health benefits and tastes great! Zac should try it :)

It’s 4am and I’m watching someone cook eggs
Wow the way u pronounce chai is very like indian does but we dnt make chai like this I also love chai I boil half cup of water as soon as it start boiling I but one teaspoon of loos tea then half spoon suger then I grat half inch of ginger in it n let it boil for 1mins n then I put half cup of cow milk n let it boil for 1min more n tadaa ur tea is ready it takes only 3-5 mins final strain in to a cup n enjoy it

The toast with the avocado is not a mileneal thing really . I’m from South America ( Peru 🇵🇪) and we always eat avocado for years ! we eat avocado with bread , avocado with toast , rice with avocado ,, salad with 🥑 avocado,,,,and be careful when you cut the avocado , you need to put the avocado on a plate and then Cut it , hugs from New York 🤗🌸
