    Once you’ve mastered the beginner version, we introduce a more advanced variation of Posture Angels! It is important to watch this weeks video to get a step-by-step guide on how to do these exercises!
    We suggest that once you can successfully complete ten repetitions of the ground version three times a day, it’s time to move on to the more challenging standing variation.
