Yes please, it should tally with what’s on your I-20. You should write 21 months. I said 2 years because that’s how long majority of the masters program are here. Apologies for any confusion.

On the DS160 form, in the "Present" section of Work / Education / Training, it only allows me to select either my profession or student, I filled out the info on my job as I am fully employed and also made mention that I am a full time student in the details. My problem is in the "Previous" section, under education, since I am currently enrolled at a university, should I include it here? And what should I write on "Date of attendance to"? Because it doesn't allow me to select a date further than today.

DS-160 doesn’t allow for special characters so how do people with hyphen in their last name fill the personal details part as it appears on the passport?
That’s a tough one. I’d “suggest” you fill your last name as it is without the hyphen. Then you can explain this “if” it comes up. But I honestly doubt if it’ll be noticed.
Hello Nzube, Can I acquire an undergraduate scholarship to whatever university in the USA without a transcript? I just finished my Secondary education last year and don't have enough funds to continue. Can they consider my Secondary Education Transcript?
From my experience, you would need a transcript. However, you can fill the “request form” they usually have on the school’s website and see what they say about your situation.

Yes the highest education comes first: PhD then Masters then Bachelors then Secondary School.

No, a DS-160 form is valid for one visa interview. F1 and H1-B would be 2 separate interviews so you would need to fill two forms.
